The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a population survey approach. In this study, the purchase decision was made with a sampling method using accidental sampling, which obtained a sample of 100 people. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis show that price perception and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on competitive advantage in the Kacang Telor Bebe Company. This study aims to determine product quality, brand image, and purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks, the role of brand image in mediating product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah lipsticks. This research was conducted at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya with a sample of 236 students of the Management study program at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya class of 2018-2021. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling technique with the calculation of the Slovin formula. The research method used in this research is causality method with survey approach as quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that the type of Wardah lipstick product that is most trusted as a quality product and has a brand image on the students of the Management Study Program, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya is Exclusive Matte Lipstick. This study aims to determine the effect of Work From Home and work Stres on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Manonjaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The hypothesis in this study was tested using Multiple Linear Regression. The object of this research is the teacher of SMAN 1 Manonjaya. The census in this study amounted to 70 people. Hal tersebut tentu tidak dapat dilepaskan dari fenomena bahwa akhlak selalu dihubungkaitkan dengan mental atau jiwa seseorang. Dalam menggapai kemuliaan hidup manusia harus senantiasa mengedepankan akhlak. Atas dasar itu, maka Allah mengutus Nabi Muhammad untuk memperbaiki akhlak manusia. Ketika manusia sudah berada pada ranah penguasaan diri dalam kondisi secara baik, maka kecenderungan untuk berbuat baik makin terbuka lebar. Artikel ini mencoba mengelaborasi pemikiran Ibnu Miskawaih mengenai jiwa dan akhlak kemudian dihubungkan dengan pemikir-pemikir kontemporer dari berbagai disiplin ilmu agar dapat ditelaah dan dimanfaatkan dalam melihat dan berinteraksi di tengah zaman yang semakin kompleks. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka.
