Hala","doi":"10.24959/sphhcj.19.162","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24959/sphhcj.19.162","url":null,"abstract":"Мета: дослідження фактичного стану ефективності виконання аптекою своїх функцій за умов упровадження в практичну діяльність вимог Належної аптечної практики (GPP) та окреслення науково-практичних підходів до вирішення існуючих проблем, враховуючи зростання комерційного навантаження на аптеки та посилення гуманістичних тенденцій у суспільстві. Матеріали та методи: результати анкетування 408 експертів з «дуже високим» та «високим» рівнями компетентності; використано соціологічний, аналітичний, графічний методи дослідження та узагальнення. Результати дослідження. Установлено, що найбільш вагомою функцією, на думку експертів, є торговельна, зважаючи на перевагу комерційної складової над професійною в організації сучасної діяльності аптечного закладу. Стосовно напрямів ефективної реалізації GPP переважають такі: «отримання, зберігання та відпуск лікарських засобів» (54,3 % опитаних) та «постійний професійний розвиток фахівців» (47,7 %), від яких значною мірою залежить фінансове становище працівників. Виявлено, що 79,4 % експертів порушують правила відпуску рецептурних лікарських засобів. При реалізації безрецептурних ліків лише 42,9 % опитаних використовують протоколи провізора (фармацевта). Серед заходів для урегулювання питань неконтрольованого відпуску ліків населенню фахівці зазначають такі: «забезпечення функціонування страхової медицини» (50,5 %); «посилення контролю за виписуванням рецептів лікарями» (61,0 %) та «проведення інформаційної роботи поміж населення з приводу запобігання самолікування та безконтрольного прийому ліків» (47,1%). Висновки. Установлені проблеми на шляху виконання аптеками соціальної функції потребують об’єднання зусиль державних структур та громадських організацій. Modern world technologies of dental disease treatment have influenced on the structure of the domestic pharmaceutical market – new drugs, new dosage forms have appeared, they are used not only in therapeutic dentistry, but also in periodontics, diseases of surgical profile, orthopaedic, aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics. Domestic manufacturers are always in an active innovative search, searching for new marketing opportunities. Aim. To analyze the range of dental preparations for topical application at the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine in order to substantiate the relevance for creating new drugs in this field. Materials and methods. The methods of content and marketing analysis were used; the studies were performed using the Compendium database and the State Register of Medicinal Products of Ukraine. Results. The assortment of preparations for topical application in dentistry by dosage forms and composition has been analyzed. Dental gels with components of synthetic origin have been found to be in the lead. The comparative analysis of dental gels with other oral dosage forms has been conducted; the leading consumer benefits of this dosage form have been determined – good adhesion and high bioavailability. The structure of suppliers has been studied, and a high degree of import dependency has been found (73.3 %). Conclusions. To study the current state and trends of the foreign economic activity of pharmaceutical enterprises. Materials and methods. The methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization of mathematical statistics were used in the article. As materials statistical data on the foreign economic activity of pharmaceutical enterprises were applied. Results. It has been determined that the foreign economic activity is implemented by a pharmaceutical enterprise in the form of export of finished medicines, import of active pharmaceutical ingredients, basic and auxiliary materials, equipment, as well as providing services. Export-import operations of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises analyzed indicate an increase in imports of active pharmaceutical ingredients, basic and auxiliary materials, etc., and a decrease in export operations. The main suppliers of active pharmaceutical ingredients, basic and auxiliary materials, which include Germany, Russia, Italy, China, Belarus, Georgia, Poland, Switzerland and Spain, have been identified. The countries, in which medicines are exported by domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, are given. The dynamics of balance of foreign trade operations of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises has been studied. There is a tendency to increase the share of export products in sales revenue and gross profit of the pharmaceutical enterprises studied. The trade balance of the enterprises studied is characterized by the excess of imports over exports due to the import of API, basic and auxiliary materials. The average growth rate of the general trade balance is 0.38. The SWOT-analysis has been conducted, and the strengths and weaknesses of the foreign trade activities of domestic pharmaceutical companies have been identified. Conclusions. To analyze the registered enterosorbents, pharmaceutical substances for their production, as well as sorptive dietary supplements in order to determine the feasibility of creating and organizing the production of new enterosorbents on the basis of natural zeolite (clinoptilolite).Materials and methods. The list of medicines based on official sources of information was used in the work; it was processed by generalization, systematization, graphic methods, as well as methods of comparative and structural analysis.Results. The analysis of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine concerning the range of the registered pharmaceutical substances, medicinal products and dietary supplements with the enterosorption action has been conducted. Structuring of the selected list of medicines by the production basis, the number of components and the type of dosage form has been carried out. By the production basis the majority of medicines are of domestic production (71.73 %). The registered medicines are monocomponent by the composition, and most dietary supplements are complex (69.93 %). It has been determined that solid dosage forms of medicines (76.22 %) and dietary supplements (95.23 %) are the most widely represented. Moreover, the natural zeolite at the pharmaceutical market is represented by dietary supplements of foreign production.Conclusions.
