The factors studied include Islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality. The research was conducted from July to August 2023 using a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling and consisted of 75 respondents. To analyze the data, this study used multiple linear regression and the SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that partially, Islamic branding has no significant effect on customer loyalty. However, physical evidence and relationship quality partially have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The implications of this study indicate that factors such as Islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality have a positive impact on customer loyalty in using BSI KCP Makassar Unismuh products. However, in 2021 there was a data leak from BPJS Health membership patients, where there were 279 million records of BPJS Health patient personal data information spread and traded on Raid Forums. Then it happened again in early 2022. This research aims to analyze and describe the protection and legal responsibility for the medical records of patients of the Social Security Organizing Agency in the perspective of legal certainty and to analyze and describe the implementation of the regulation of patient medical records of the Social Security Organizing Agency based on applicable provisions. This research uses empirical normative legal methods (Socio-Legal). The results of the study show that the implementation of the regulation of medical records of patients of the Social Security organizing agency is technically carried out on the basis of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. In the regulation, there are conditions that are difficult to distinguish related to the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and the relevant hospitals. Regions that are rich in mineral resources also still have problems of poverty and unemployment, including in the Banua Enam region, South Kalimantan Province. This research analyzes the influence of mining sector growth, unemployment, and the capital expenditure ratio on poverty levels in the Banua Enam region, South Kalimantan Province. This type of research is explanatory and focuses on testing existing theories in the context of other research using panel data regression for 6 districts and 12 years. The results of this research suggest that the growth of the mining sector, unemployment, and the capital expenditure ratio, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level. In other words, the higher the unemployment, the higher the poverty level. However, the higher growth of the mining sector and the capital expenditure ratio also increase poverty. Digital marketing adoption indicates the level of use of digital marketing technology in an organization. The research aims to determine the effect of digital marketing adoption on digital marketing capabilities in Omah Kepiting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Surabaya. In this research, the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM statistical method to determine the weight of each research indicator. The PLS-SEM method was chosen because there was an abnormality in the distribution of the data and the research required latent variable scores for further analysis. These findings are interesting because although the readiness of the innovation ecosystem does not have a direct effect on digital marketing adoption (?= 0.114; P-value > 0.05), digital marketing adoption turns out to have a significant positive impact on the company's digital marketing capabilities (?= 0.125; P- value < 0.05). This study aims to analyze the effect of M&A on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data is collected from companies that experienced M&A during a certain period, focusing on financial variables such as profitability, liquidity, leverage, and sales growth. The panel regression analysis method was used to test the research hypothesis. The results show that M&A has a significant influence on the financial performance of companies on the IDX. Specifically, the findings show an increase in profitability and sales growth after M&A, while liquidity tends to decrease in the short term after the transaction. Leverage may also fluctuate depending on the capital structure and financial policies the company implements post-M&A. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the Indonesian capital market, including investors, fund managers, and regulators, to understand the implications of M&A on firms' financial performance. Taspen (Persero) human resources which experiences generational differences between Baby Boomers and Millennials. This generational difference occurred because no employee recruitment existed between 1992 and 2006. On the other hand, as many as 163 employees will soon retire in 2024 to 2025. In other words, PT. Taspen (Persero) is dealing with employee shortages, especially in leadership positions. Therefore, PT. Taspen (Persero) has a very dynamic change of employee positions quickly. This causes Millennials to be prepared to become leaders within a minimum of 1.5 years after being appointed as permanent employees. Based on this, this research aims to examine the decision-making of Millennial leaders. Where in this case, the younger generation must be able to make the right decisions even though they have little experience and a short working time. Therefore, the researcher aims to know whether the natural characteristics possessed by Millennials as well as their work period and type of decision-making making will influence their competence in making decisions which will be assessed using the Adult Decision-Making Competence (A-DMC) model. These factors need to be analyzed in order to achieve zero accidents in the implementation process. This study aims to identify OHS risk factors, determine the highest OHS risk factors and then prepare a Construction Safety Plan (RKK) based on the highest OHS risk factors in The Terminal Building Construction Of The New Mentawai Airport Development Project, to determine the control of these risks. Interviews, and questionnaires as well as the results of previous studies, were collected to determine the risk factors for OSH. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method was applied to determine the highest risk factor which was carried out by compiling the AHP questionnaire and inputting it in the Expert Choice application. The Construction Safety Plan is prepared after the AHP analysis, in which the required OHS costs are also known. There are 4 aspects of risk factors: Workers Aspect, Management Aspect, Equipment Aspect, and the Environment Aspect with 24 risk factors. The risk factor for worker burnout, which is part of the worker aspect and is carried out in structural work, is the highest. Furthermore, the Construction Safety Plan (RKK) is prepared based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems with an OHS cost of this construction IDR 698,250,000.00.
