However, to run a Map-Reduce job, many configuration parameters are required for tuning and improving the performance to set up such as number of running mappers and maximum number of reduce slots in the cluster in order to minimize the data transferred between map and reduce tasks. To say simple, the main emphasis is on reducing the job execution time as well as shuffling tweaks to tune parameters for memory management. In this paper, we introduce a machine learning model on top of Map-Reduce for automate setting of tuning parameters for Map-Reduce programs. Our model consists of three main steps; 1) describe the plan baseline marked for verification. 2) Propose a ML algorithm for learning and predicting the model, and 3) develop our automated method to run the program automatically at a specific time. The pole frequency of the filter can be controlled electronically by the transconductance value via adjusting the bias current of the DDCCTA. For realize filtering function, no component-matching conditions are needed. Simulation results using TSMC 0.35 μm CMOS process are performed to examine the proposed circuit. The concept of Nordic power market is seen as state-of-the-art model which has combined the physical quality of electricity and free power markets. Efficient functioning within power markets and optimizing the power transmission network inside the market area has lead to standardization of the data communication protocols. The aim of this study was to find out currently used interconnecting methods and protocols among EMS, SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) and other power related ICT(Information and Communication technology)-systems used in electricity supply chain in Finland. This paper also reviews the topical challenges faced in protocol implementations and future development plans for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)-protocols. Finland is the part of Nordic power market area, we have also examined the other protocols as used in Nordic area. In AR the computer-generated object is a result of a three-dimensional graphics rendering. An AR software designed to provide real-time interactivity with the user in forms of video. In this paper we implement AR technology to simulate eyeglasses frame model simulation so user can try many eyeglasses frame models and see how they look without actually have to try the eyeglasses. After activating this software, users in the webcam's range will be processed automatically, a 3D eyeglasses frame model will be positioned in the user's face. To develop this software we must first implement a fast and effective face tracking algorithm so user can feel the AR as a real object. The speed of face detection or face tracking used in this software will have a significant effect on user experience. On the other hand the higher the video resolution the slower the face tracking algorithm will be. In this paper we use a medium video resolution (640 × 480) so we can increase the speed of face tracking algorithm to make the frame per second user experience acceptable. It should also not only enable students to achieve explicit learning objectives but also accelerate the pace at which they do so. This paper highlights the advantage of using Feature Selection techniques and Associative rule mining to get insightful knowledge from the log data from the Learning Management System (Moodle). The Machine Learning approach can be objectively deployed to obtain a predictive relationship and behavioral aspects that permits mapping the interaction behaviour of students with their course outcome. The knowledge discovered could immensely assist in evaluating and validating the various learning tools and activities within the course, thus, laying the groundwork for a more effective learning process. This research will propose a system for searching public facility locations with implementation of IDA* algorithm. It is called a license plate or a vehicle registration plate. A vehicle registration plate (VRP) in Indonesia consists of a series of alphanumeric. The aim of this research is to identify and crop the VRP given a frontal image of a car. Image processing is done by converting the color image from a camera into grayscale image. It is transformed into binary image by using adaptive threshold. The position of the VPR from the frontal car image has to be detected first before cropping by using region labeling, filtering techniques. The proposed model has a greater security in the sense that voter high security password is confirmed before the vote is accepted in the main database of Election Commission of India. The additional feature of the model is that the voter can confirm if his/her vote has gone to correct candidate/party. In this model a person can also vote from outside of his/her allotted constituency or from his/her preferred location.
