It is noted that according to the curriculum, most of the academic time is allocated to theoretical courses. The main way of transferring knowledge is a traditional lecture passively perceived by students. There are no interactive forms of classroom organization. Little attention is paid to the development of students' self-learning skills, independent search for the necessary information and creative attitude to the educational process. The existing examination system, based on written examinations and dentistry in preparation for them, does not contribute to the disclosure of students' abilities for generalization, classification, reflection and comparison of historical facts. Students are content with the facts presented in the textbooks, they have little interest in the latest achievements of historical science. In the final choice of profession, graduates of historical faculties rarely work in their specialty, preferring other areas of activity. The article presents the author's proposals for reforming the system of historical education in Chinese universities. There is a need for a serious adjustment of the current curriculum, reorientation of it from exams as a means of monitoring the assimilation of knowledge to the development of students' creative abilities. History teachers are encouraged to move away from traditional lectures and to make greater use of interactive teaching methods. It was concluded that it is necessary for each university history teacher to speak a foreign language, which should not only increase the professional competence of the teacher himself, but also seriously affect the inclusion of students in foreign historical science. It is noted the need to develop the creative skills of students, cultivate an innovative spirit, mobilize enthusiasm and initiative of students, develop the ability to identify problems, ask questions and solve them. It is emphasized that a modern history teacher should not only have solid professional skills, but also have good methodological training, skills of extracurricular communication with students. It is emphasized that closed, noncomminicative history teachers are not able to educate creative, competitive students.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130589970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is likely that many of the processes that occur in the mentor – mentee relationship are repeated regardless of the field of activity. The authors of this article have made an attempt to explore the real practice of mentoring in general education organizations to identify and define these key processes, considering the situation of formation in the profession of a young teacher. The model formed as a result of the generalization of the collected data includes key processes, objects and their relationships, and allows you to model mentoring programs taking into account a comprehensive understanding of actors and their interests. The study and its results can be useful for designing comprehensive mentoring programs in schools, municipalities, and regions, as well as for optimizing the work of individual teacher mentors. Questionnaire surveys (332 respondents) and in – depth semi-structured interviews (34 respondents) were conducted, which allowed us to establish several phases that a young teacher goes through from employment to consolidation in the profession-adaptation, integration, individualization. Within the framework of the study, the ratio of various types of difficulties and leading types of activities in the process of professional development is determined. The collected data and materials allowed us to build an ontological model of mentoring a young teacher, which includes the most important social and pedagogical contexts of his development, as well as the main objects and relationships that arise during the first years of work. The ontological model of mentoring of a young teacher, used as a tool for analyzing mentoring practices in school, allowed us to identify the deficits of mentoring activities, which lie mainly in the plane of personal improvement and spiritual growth of a young teacher, generated not only by the pace and speed of the processes occurring in the first years of his career, but also by the lack of andragogical competencies of the mentor. The obtained results and the constructed model allowed us to conclude that the regulation of mentoring activities can occur through the transformation of the regional context and state policy in the field of teacher education, an important role in the process of professional formation is played by a variety of formal organizations and associations, a set of public expectations from specific schools and teachers, however, the interaction between the mentor and the mentee around the subject content of education and teaching methods is decisive.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127104768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Оbjection: analysis of research results in the field of teacher motivation in the Republic of Moldova; argumentation of the professional needs of teachers and a system of actions to improve the motivational aspect in the competence profile of teachers. Proceeding from the fact that the level of teachers' motivation determines the effectiveness of an educational institution, as well as that the teacher's motivation for a high-quality educational process is closely related to the student's motivation to learn, the main problems of the teaching staff are identified to affect the level of motivation and the reasons for low motivation in the education system, such as lack of social status, lack of information, lack of communication and participation. Based on the analysis of the research results, such factors of motivation in the education system as influence, competence, significance and choice have been identified. The personal values of teachers in general education are revealed, putting forward as a hypothesis the idea that a set of personal values can determine / contribute to the implementation of a managerial model for motivating teachers. There has been established a hierarchy of professional needs of teachers (the need for harmony of values, in the creation of values; the need for professional self-realization; the need for quality, for a job well done; cognitive needs; the need for gratitude; the need for synergy; information needs; material needs); the importance of the system of managerial actions is reasoned to exclude the phenomenon of demotivation. In conclusion a number of actions to improve the motivational aspect in the competence profile of teachers in the Republic of Moldova and the conditions for the effective management of teachers' motivation, are recommended.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127135273","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Universal and specific characteristics of the sight translation with other types of interpretation are revealed. Special problems of authentic text translation, their reasons and the ways of their solving are considered. Complicated (minus) and facilitated (plus) factors performing sight translation are highlighted. The necessary skills for the students to perform visual-oral translation are determined. The authors present two types of sight translation: the training sight translation and the professional one, thus enabling to consider sight translation as a specific professional activity. Sight translation algorithm of actions is considered in the article: familiarization with the text, its «pre-translation analysis» with type, genre, stylistic features, topic identification and the further work on the translation-text creation. Additional sources of information are indicated in order to provide «background knowledge» about the authentic text, they are dictionaries, encyclopedias, instructions, various reference books and manuals. Basing on the case of two works on Schubert and J. S. Bach, written by outstanding musicians of our time, I. Bostridge and J. E. Gardiner, the role of author’s subject position is examined as well as reconstruction of historical and cultural context of the works as the prerequisite for deeper understanding. The author of the article points out changes in the attitude to music pieces after reading these books, which shows relevance of music cognitivism, not diminishing the impact of music, but, on the contrary, showing its new aspects if the author combines personal experience and research capabilities. Since both books are about music containing verbal element (vocal cycle and cantatas and Passions) the problem of interrelation of music and word has been regarded. In analyzing I. Bostridge’s book the accent is placed on recreation of historical and cultural factors connected with different songs of the cycle. In examining Gardiner’s work attention is given to elements of biographical method which are used to get more versatile notion about the composer’s music through which different traits of his character, often ambivalent, are disclosed. Interaction between sensual perception and intellectual reflection is an important process not only in gaining knowledge about a musical piece, but in extending social and cultural experience of the listener and the performer. Special accent is placed on regarding subjective approach to the works performed and analysed used by the authors as the result of merging of performing experience and research work. Such approach is relevant for contemporary art studies in which the subject/object duality is deconstructed and multidisciplinary research prevails.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126441464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, one of the important tasks of the implementation of educational programs is the achievement of a high level of research competence by graduates. Teaching mathematics opens up unlimited opportunities for the development of the intellectual sphere and research skills of schoolchildren. However, the insufficient development of pedagogical technologies focused on the implementation of psychodidactic patterns of research activity development is a negative factor that prevents the realization of the developing potential of mathematical disciplines. The article presents the author's approach to the organization of research activities of high school students, based on the idea of integrating the process of educational cognition and modern digital technologies. As a key aspect of personal development in teaching mathematics, we consider the activity of mastering complex knowledge in the course of performing ordered, forming a single motivational and applied integrity of the complex tasks of a research nature, in the process of which there is an active mastery of knowledge, deeper penetration into the essence of mathematical concepts,methods, ideas. At the same time, intelligent management of research activities of high school students is carried out within the framework of using the functionality of a hybrid learning environment that integrates the functions of artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic, expert systems, providing individualization of learning, synthesis of mathematical and computer modeling of the content of knowledge and procedures. The paper describes the content and functionality of the basic modules of the intellectual learning system, describes the theoretical, methodological, and technological aspects of the organization of research activities of high school students to master complex mathematical knowledge.","PeriodicalId":122230,"journal":{"name":"Yaroslavl Pedagogical Bulletin","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131455062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
