Along with social distancing and wearing masks, the effective way to eradicate the virus is to administer vaccines. To prevent the spread of disease and avoid deaths, it is essential to prioritize vaccine distribution. At the request of CDC, National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine published the Framework for fair distribution of COVID-19 Vaccine. This paper focuses on studying the rate of vaccination in urban and rural communities and identifying gaps in the Covid19 vaccine supply chain using data science. Demand forecasting using deep learning is proposed for planning vaccine allocation and distribution. Deep learning refers to multilayer neural networks that can learn extremely complex patterns using hidden layers between inputs and outputs. Long Short-Term Memory neural networks will be used to forecast vaccine demand.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"182 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125830569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The major issue in the cloud is its security because it is far from end-user a new thing applied science is developed called fog computing. Fog computing is the standard partition infrastructure between edge and cloud computing. Security is the main concern or large issue in the cloud as well as fog computing. To overcome this security issues different types of encryption techniques is used but security problem is still there. Here, in this work, a hybrid encryption approach is used. It is a combination of symmetric algorithms that is Chacha20poly1305, Fernet, Multifernet, AESCM, and AESGCM. It offers a higher degree of security than the existing algorithm. It is applied all over the data, All datasets are encrypted by this technique as well as decrypt by this hybrid approach. Consider all the parameters like decryption time, storage, correlation, and encryption time. The result shows how it is a better approach than the existing algorithm.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123410319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Micro-pump storage units (MPSUs) are constructed to be used as energy storage system to improve power quality and safe reactive power supply. Frequency variation and tie-line power exchange arose due to mismatch between load and generation is constantly measured. To maintain system stability Load frequency control (LFC) is studied. An LFC controller based on Fractional Order (FO) PI for two-areas in the REMG is proposed. An optimization of the controller is done with Firefly Optimization Algorithm (FOA). Study system is performed in MATLAB using Simulink platform and simulation results are examined in details. Results show that proposed technique gives better responses as that of classical PI controller.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115037207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A comparative analysis has been made between the device without pocket and single pocket device. Since device size is in nanoscopic scale therefore a peak electric field occurs to mitigate this issue pocket is made. This work highlights the effects of variation in metal gate work function on threshold voltage and leakage current. Analysis shows the E-field distribution in single pocket device is much better than the E-filed distribution in the conventional device. On same metal gate work function 4.3 eV to 4.8 eV single pocket device has better switching speed and low leakage current than that of conventional device. The simulation of both devices has been handled by ALTAS TCAD tool.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"102 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116520312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But the power grid is operating in bottleneck to meet customer power requirements. Blockchain technology is being used in applications that involves transaction between untrusted entities. We propose blockchain enabled energy pooling platform with smart buildings and EVs. This platform enables peer to peer energy transactions between buildings and EVs. Rooftop photovoltaic (PV) systems generate power during daytime and utilised by the loads. We propose, EVs to store the excess energy generated from the rooftop PV system. EVs will discharge the stored energy during night or when there is an energy demand. We have demonstrated this concept with two use cases using Ethereum Platform on Google Cloud Platform. We also developed a Fuzzy Logic based smart contract to decide incentives for energy storage and discharge. We envision that this platform will help EV owners, OEMs and grid operators to maximise their system efficiency and help recoup their investment.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"128 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116522343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition to exponentially raising measurement storage and processing strain on algorithms & computer hardware, direct processing of high-dimensional data often results in poor performance because of irrelevant, noisy as well as duplicate dimensions. A large number of features present in the dataset used for machine intelligence purposes pose a big threat to researchers. Algorithms that use these large dimension features suffer in terms of computer time taken to make decisions and space required to store them in computer memory. In the proposed work we have developed a hybrid algorithm to select the highly discriminative features present in the dataset. Using the multicluster feature rank score and unsupervised discriminative feature ranking methods in selecting the most discriminative features, on some well-documented datasets like the ORL, we have carried out comprehensive experiments. Our experimental results have proven the superiority of our algorithms in comparison to some state-of-the-art algorithms.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122534794","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This system solely served to identify emotions present in the signal or speech using concepts of deep learning and algorithms of machine learning (ML). Using the above mentioned, the system will determine the eight emotions present in the speech signal; anger, sad, happy, neutral, calm, fearful, disgust and surprised. The system is built with the language python and librosa, sound file libraries, which are part of the more extensive scikit library used for specific applications of audio analysis. The system will receive the sound files from the dataset present on the internet called RAVDESS. It will then analyze the audio files' spectrograms in WAV format and return us the efficiency of the system, which is the intended Outcome. We have achieved an efficiency rate of 81.82%.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114582154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on bibliographic reviews presented in other research, regulations, and registration of updated data from the last 10 years in the tourism sector, such as the registration of visitors, flights, and others. There was relying on GIS tools to determine its location and accessibility. For its development, there were stages of recognition and description of the study area, characterization of the physical and demographic aspects, analysis of the data collected and tourist demand, and identifying the impacts from COVID-19. It was found that By 2020, a considerable increase in the tourist demand of Ollantaytambo was expected. However, the repercussion caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the visitor registration in Ollantaytambo fell by 73% compared to 2019 and flights fell by 71, 7%, thus concluding that tourism has had a significant drop, with uncertain prognostic. A change in the current tourist dynamics allows controlling the capacity, respecting the spaces, taking care of the visitor, and generating a greater organization for developing the tourist activity.","PeriodicalId":122176,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies (CSNT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114583223","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
