The current sleep monitoring sensors have limited anti-interference ability and accuracy, which limits the accuracy of prediction results. In order to improve the accuracy of sign data measurement of piezoelectric sensors, this paper proposes a depth measurement method based on LSTM based on the analysis of existing prediction models. The experimental results are compared with other time series prediction models. Although the recommendation model based on matrix factorization is widely used, it does not perform well in the case of sparse data. Comments are based on the recommendation model and use comments to extract user preferences and item functions. Although it can alleviate the problem of data sparseness, the interaction between users and items is not a good performance. To this end, we propose a model that can consider the user’s personalized preferences Deep recommendations based on dual attention mechanisms (DRDA). The model is based on the user’s comment text, through the interaction of user comments and project comments, a deep neural network framework with attention factors is obtained to learn the user’s personalized representation. A large number of experiments on the Amazon data set and Yelp data set show that the performance of the DRDA model is better than the traditional baseline model. Aided by Yolov4 and Deep Sort, passenger flow is counted by detection and tracking tourists. Aiming at the real-time requirement, the model compression method is used to replace the backbone network of Yolov4 with lightweight network mobileNetv3 to improve the detection speed. For the accuracy of the model, a detection scale is used to Yolov4 for extracting shallow features and the features are concatenated with deep features. Furthermore, Soft-NMS is used to process the detection results. The purpose of these improvements is to solve the dense tourists and small target problems in the surveillance videos. Then Deep Sort tracks the tourists target and obtains passenger flow information in the scenic spot. Based on the aggregated system primary frequency response model, a Markov Decision Process (MDP) model is established with the sequential decision theory. Then, the value iteration algorithm is introduced to derive the dynamic deadband threshold strategy of primary frequency response control by solving the Bellman equation. Case studies are presented to verify the performance of the proposed strategy. It shows that the dynamic deadband threshold strategy is superior to the static fixed deadband threshold strategy on the aspects of economy and security. However, due to the sensitivity of MRR to process drift and temperature, it is extremely prone to be faulty. Therefore, how to detect the optical logic circuit fault caused by MRRs is the key problem to improve its reliability. Firstly, the Binary Decision Diagram (BDD) of the fault-free and faulty circuit are established respectively; and then the BDD of the corresponding faulty circuit is constructed. The test BDD is obtained by XOR operation and simplification of the above two BDDs. The HVDC tester includes management module, power amplifier module, I/O module and optical fiber Ethernet Module, fiber FT3 module, power supply module, and so on. Various modules include internal bus interface, general power supply interface, external fiber interface, and through the internal bus interface and general power supply interface, all modules are combined in a chassis to form a combined tester. Through the external fiber interface and general power supply interface, these modules can also form a distributed test system. The combined tester is convenient to carry, store and manage, mainly for the function and performance test of a single HVDC protection device, while the distributed tester is mainly used to fulfill the distributed system test on site. This flexible combination method not only reduces the cost and volume of tester, but also provides affluent interfaces and flexible application. In addition, an automatic encoder is used to represent each video frame to explore the hidden details. In addition, high-frequency structure details in gradient images are explored by the dual stream scheme. Consequently, it enhances its performances. However, it is ethically and physically difficult to collect a large amount of data without bias in an uncontrolled environment. Specifically, the amount of data in rare cases is especially small compared to common data. Therefore, the distribution bias may cause overfitting in machine learning. In this paper, we propose a SMOTE-based method to alleviate the distribution bias by data augmentation in the regression problem using a dataset containing time-series physiological data. The effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed for datasets of thermal sensation and core body temperature collected in uncontrolled environments. Furthermore, we provide numerical results to shed light on managerial insights as well.
