{"title":"INFLUENCE OF INDIVIDUALLY-PSYCHOLOGICAL PROPERTIES AND SELECTED POTENTIALS ON THE ADAPTIVITY SYSTEM AS A TOTAL CONSTRUCTION OF ADAPTATION POTENTIAL","authors":"Ольга Литвиненко","doi":"10.18524/2304-1609.2018.2(48).145677","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18524/2304-1609.2018.2(48).145677","url":null,"abstract":"In psychological science there is a contradiction between the undeniable significance of the phenomenon of adaptive potential and the lack of a differential approach to its content and structure. In the context of this study, adaptive potential is considered as a complex of hierarchical parity system of adaptability, namely: internal-personality, behavioral adaptability, lack of maladaptation, personal social and psychological potential and competent adaptability. The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the empirical study of the influence of individual-personality properties and individual potentials on the operationalized constructs of the system of adaptability as structural elements of the adaptive potential. Since intrapersonal adaptability reflects the harmonious combination of physical and mental resources of adaptive behavior and a delicate balance between directed behavior and actual result of action, then the posi-tive influence of the volitional potential in the form of a properly prescribed vector of volitional action with a sufficient level of ignition and energy will contribute to the successful adaptation of the subjects. The inner-personal component of the adaptation process is influenced by volitional actions with a sufficient level of energy, internal readiness for adaptation actions influenced by the ability of the researchers to solve their own internal problems and conflicts, harmonious physical development and hon-esty towards oneself. Influence on behavioral adaptability is determined by the pres-ence of personality abilities, which implies the achievement of success in a particular area of activity. The personal potential of social and psychological adaptation is an important inte-grative characteristic of adaptive development and will be formed due to the extravec-tor-sensory direction of the individual, independence in their own views and actions, initiative and ability to take responsibility for their own decisions, readiness for physical overload and internal tension, ability to assess their own disadvantages and ben-efits. The intuitive behavior with the international tilt will act as an unconscious guide for students on the path to successful adaptation. Prior to joining the activity and vigor to their own professional activities and life is altogether, optimistic about their own results and achievements. On the part of psychic properties, the influence of the internally-sensory setting on the formation and development of competent adaptability has been revealed, which will help increase the competence value of the investigated in solving problem situations and more successful adaptation processes. The overall process of adaptation as a competency component will be enhanced by these qualities, facilitating transients and assimilation in the new environment.","PeriodicalId":121823,"journal":{"name":"Odesa National University Herald. The comparison of alternative options is the determining factor in the third stage of the decision-making process. During the choice of an alternative hypothesis, respondents compare the various options for solving situations of moral choice and determine the option of their own actions, which were investigated with the help of the third series of the author’s methodology «Situations of the moral choice» and specially de-veloped accounting criteria. The analysis of determinative factors of the decision by the person of situations of moral choice was carried out taking into account its two sides — semantic and procedural. The semantic context of the decision is determined by the personal readiness of the subjects to take a conscious and responsible position in dealing with situations of moral choice, the procedural context is based on the clas-sical decision-making model. In the course of the research it was established that the semantic arguments used by respondents during the analysis of the presented variants of the decision of the stimulating situations of moral choice in the majority contained moral beliefs (68.4 %) and ideological attitudes (19.8 %). Also, the subjects were able to evaluate the solutions from the point of view of their abilities, life experience (31.9 %), and also con-sidering the circumstances of the situations being solved (17.5 %) and the specifics of their participants (26.1 %). Thus, a comparison of alternative solutions to situations of moral choice during the passage of the third procedural stage was carried out on the basis of the established system of value and sense personal coordinates.","PeriodicalId":121823,"journal":{"name":"Odesa National University Herald. Individual makes his life choise in difficult, recessionary circumstances. Such choice designates his further life for a long time. Life choice in youth is considered as subjective (R. Gussejnov), existential (E. Stepura), independent (E. Alieva) in psychological literature. Personality of youth age makes life choices deal with realization of his sense-of-life and value orientations, with strategic purposes and plans of his future life. So, life choice of personality youth age is considered as subjective, existential and autonomous phenomenon in modern psychological science. Youngsters experience their personal freedom and responsibility in term of their life choice. Authors’ checklist «Authors life choice» was developed for research of special features of authors’ life choice of personality in youth. This methodics includes scales of authonomy of choice, existential bases of choice, justification of choice, complacency of choice, resilience of personality in conditions of life choice. In conditions of experimental research high level of capacity of authors’ life choice was educed of fewer than half of youngsters. 230 students of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University and Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university took part in experimental research. Youngsters with high level of authors life choice are capable of designing their own life project. They have an internal locus of control. They also create their own, authors, life goals and plans. Young people with medium level prefer to use stereotyped directions of life goals’ achievement. Young adults with low level of this phenomenon have a very limited abilities of their life choices’ management.","PeriodicalId":121823,"journal":{"name":"Odesa National University Herald.
