A shunt topology is used to achieve low insertion loss while high output power is obtained by using stacked-FET topology. The switch was fabricated by using 0.15-μm Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) pHEMT technology, with a maximum measured insertion loss of 1.42 dB at 36 GHz. The measured input 1-dB power compression point (P1dB) exceeds 32 dBm. The proposed switch also has a compact size of 1.6 mm × 0.71 mm. Particularly, we present a time-bit coding scheme which is a secure polar codes that constructed on the virtual bit blocks by using the non-stationary channel polarization theory. We have proven that this time-bit coding scheme achieves reliability, strong security and the secrecy capacity. The questionnaire also collected information on students’ age, occupation, and income range to facilitate further analysis. After ten days of data collection, cleaning, and augmentation, we obtained 640 valid data. We conducted the analysis using a logistic regression model, and the results were obtained after adjusting the relevant parameters. We used the median as the threshold for positive reviews. The experimental results show that whether or not the positive reviews are given has a great statistical correlation with the aesthetics, innovation, practicality of the product and the age group and gender of students (H2 < 0.001). In contrast, the overall impression of the product had almost no correlation with factors such as the income range and monthly living expenses of students (P > 0.05). In conclusion, we summarize or propose four types of data augmentation methods and select the most suitable one to perform Logistic Regression. Results show that the innovation of the product plays a decisive role in the overall experience. In general, the product is favored by college and middle school students. With this mechanism, allocating a large volume of textual data to a category is much easier. This task is more challenging in dealing with multi-topic categorizations in a low-resource language. Transformer-based mechanisms have shown much strength in NLP tasks. However, low-resourced, low-data settings and a lack of benchmark datasets make it difficult to perform any NLP-related task in these extremely low-resource languages with data-points and dataset constraints. In this work, the authors focus on creating a new benchmark dataset for a low-resourced language and performed a multi-topic categorization using this dataset. We further propose an EweBERT model, which is built on the pre-trained transformer model known as Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) for multi topic categorization. The EweBERT is used to tokenize and represent the input articles as the initial stage in this system. The output of the EweBERT is then sent into a densely connected neural network, which classifies the articles according to six (6) diverse predefined topics. HIV-1 protease is a retroviral aspartyl protease which is essential for the life-cycle of HIV. HIV-1 protease inhibitors can decrease the activity of HIV-1, and this can reduce the infections of AIDS. In the study of HIV-1protease structure-activity relationship, we built a data set of 1630 compounds including 830 protease inhibitors and 800 HIV-1 protease decoys. Support Vector Machine (SVM) was used to build the classification model for HIV-1 protease inhibitors and decoys and the quantitative prediction model for HIV-1 protease inhibitors. In the study we use ADRIANA.Code software to calculate the descriptors of HIV-1 protease inhibitors and HIV-1 protease decoys, including 2D and 3D descriptors. The classification model and quantitative prediction model were built for HIV-1 protease inhibitors. The accuracy rates of classification models are over 98%, and Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC) of classification models are over 0.96. Several defenses leverage adversarial examples to mitigate the threat of WF attacks, but they require to get entire traffic traces after network sessions have concluded to produce adversarial examples, thus offer users little protection in practical settings. In this paper, a novel practical WF defense method called WF-UAP is proposed by crafting Universal Adversarial Perturbations (UAP) to fight back against WF attacks, in which adversarial examples are produced to fool the classifiers used in WF attacks when UAPs are added to any network traffic trace in the target domain. We further present a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) based UAP generation approach to enhance the performance of UAPs. It can efficiently generate UAPs once the generator is trained and make the adversarial traces and original traffic traces are more difficult to distinguish. And THz band is becoming the key technology of the next generation communication system. Therefore, the research on the THz band becomes more and more important. This paper studied different obstacles to the THz signal in the process of propagation. The main work of this paper is to divide the measured obstacles into three categories according to their shapes: small plane obstacles similar to human hands, large plane obstacles, and the head model. The effects of the thickness, area, and shape of obstacles on signal propagation are analyzed. The measurement results of the small plane obstacles and large plane obstacles show that thicker obstacles with the larger areas will increase the attenuation of the THz signal. The measurement result of the head model shows that different positions of the human head will cause different attenuation at the THz band, and the signal intensity at a certain position is greater than Los. First, we acquired electrocardiogram (ECG) data from 45 college students during their classes of circuit analysis and calculated the peaks of two consecutive R waves (RR) from the ECG data. Second, RR interval features, which revealed the autonomic nervous activities, were extracted from the samples, and critical feature subsets highly influenced by mental fatigue were selected through forward feature selection. Third, we constructed the binary classification model for the recognition of mental fatigue and non-fatigue states. The model achieved 63.16% F1 score on the validation data set independent of the model training and feature selection.
