The path planning algorithm plays an important role in designing an effective path for robot- sweepers or lawnmowers operations. Additionally, there are requirements of wide applications in agriculture for generating appropriate moving guides for some irregular paddy fields. However, it is still a problem how to achieve a complete path planning. This paper proposes an algorithm to achieve full coverage of the map with low repeat rates. In this paper, a composed strategy of local and global path planning algorithms is investigated. A global path planning algorithm named Improved Ant Colony Algorithm is studied to work on the graph. An algorithm named Vertical Wave-Front and Distance Transformation Algorithm is carried out to study local path planning issues. Simulations are carried out based on maps with different characteristics. It contains a self-attentive mechanism that allows for better learning based on the context. This mechanism facilitates the analysis of emotional content. Similar to natural language sentiment analysis, image emotion analysis also needs to combine the context in the image, i.e., global and local features of the image to analyze must be combined. No previous studies validated the performance of Transformer in image emotion analysis. In this study, we applied a new approach. For the first time, we aimed at classifying emotion images on the basis of the Transformer network. A new module for convolutional-neural-network-based feature extraction was added in front of the network. The conducted experimental analysis show that our network model outperforms most of the deep-learning models on the commonly used emotion image classification dataset, i.e., the FI (Facebook and instagram) dataset. For Radio Access Network (RAN), the anticipated use of cloud-based AI technologies has also attracted a lot of attention to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and reduce the cost of network maintenance. This article firstly summarizes the latest progress in network cloudification and intelligence. Then based on the high flexibility and reconfigurability of cloud native, we present an intelligent RAN architecture for 6G. With the maturity and commercialization of 5G, URLLC as an important entry point in the vertical industry is also gradually improving and optimizing. In order to further study the air interface delay performance for different 5G scenarios, starting from the air interface design of 5G NR and key technologies of the physical layer, the air interface delay of 5G NR in different scenarios is analyzed, and the 4G LTE and 5G under the assumption of the 3GPP model are given. Therefore, it is theoretically crucial to evaluate the robustness of classifier to AE for a better classifier design. In this paper, we provide a theoretical framework to analyze the robustness of classifier to AE under imbalanced dataset from the perspective of AUC (Area under the ROC curve), and derive an interpretable upper bound. Specifically, we illustrate the obtained upper bound of linear classifier, which indicates that the upper bound depends on the difficulty of the classification task and the risk of the classifier. Experimental results on MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets show that the classifiers designed with pairwise surrogate losses of AUC are not robust to adversarial attack. Its prototype is developed based on GNU Radio, an open-source software-defined radio development toolkit. To deal with potentially high carrier-frequency offsets and low received signal-to-noise ratio widely occurring in IoT, we adopt the chirp signals as the preamble and the modulation scheme of direct sequence spread spectrum-continuous phase frequency shift keying (DSSS-CPFSK) for the payload. Given this transmitter, the receiver is carefully designed, especially including the frame synchronization and payload demodulation. Afterward, the prototype of this transceiver is implemented in GNU Radio. Finding defects at an early stage of work can reduce cost and time of the rework. In order to conduct testing while there are incomplete classes in a system, stubs and drivers are introduced to temporarily replace incomplete classes. Development of stubs and drivers can take time and effort as a result testers usually try to use tools to mitigate them. Luengruengroj and Suwannasart [1] proposed an automated stubs-and-drivers generator. However, their generator aimed to help testers during integration testing. Our study presents an approach to generate stubs and drivers for system testing. Our approach uses a class diagram, sequence diagrams, and a Requirements Traceability Matrix as input. Class diagram is used to indicate classes’ attributes and create a list of method signatures. Whereas sequence diagrams are used to indicate interaction between objects and produce a call graph. In addition, our approach uses the Requirements Traceability Matrix to discover system functions. After a call graph and the method signatures are extracted, they are used to generate classes of stubs and drivers along with test input values. The dynamic and heterogeneous nature of the space-terrestrial integrated network brings challenges to the research of congestion prediction methods. In this paper, we propose a chaotic dynamic congestion prediction method under the space-terrestrial integrated network, which solves the problems of insufficient dynamics and low accuracy of the existing congestion prediction methods for the space-terrestrial integrated network. The chaotic dynamic congestion prediction method is to predict the time series by using the GRU neural network model of the improved particle swarm algorithm to optimize the parameters after wavelet analysis.
