However, during execution of convergent processes some services may fail; in such cases a reconfiguration process must be triggered to recover normal behaviour of composite process. Previous works have developed mechanisms for reducing reconfiguration time while initial restrictions are maintained; this is achieved by replacing regions of services instead of individual services. The present work presents an approach for monitoring and error detecting in convergent processes using rule production systems based on ITIL model. The approach was tested in the monitoring module of the AUTO framework, whose architecture and performance are discussed to show that this approach can efficiently detect errors and repair convergent processes in telecom environments.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"105 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124089553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The type of data is not also confined to traditional text or pictures. Data and its needs have transformed it into different categories. One category under the lime light these days is video analytics. There are many techniques for solving issues related to storing; retrieving and processing. Video content is the growing market for both big data analysis and for business intelligence. The business analytics are using video content and information to generate new specifics for marketing and sales. The research is however mainly focused on analyzing algorithm for deciding the relation between texts associated with video, the content a video holds and how this unstructured data of videos can be used for managing as well as storing videos in an efficient and cost effective manner. Topological analysis and learning on top of topology can help improve storage, retrieval and other aspects of extracting information from the constructed data shape. The paper proposes an analytical solution to analysis and storage of big data of you tube videos based on content and associated tags, text and relevance.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126314918","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The set of models is realized on the basis of the composite combination of methods of system dynamics and agent-based modeling and allows you to explore the dynamics of developmental processes in complex social and economic systems, including the cyclic transitions between individual and group behavior of economic and social agents at the micro-level and the basic processes of social and economic system at the macro-level. Stratification of socio-economic system is proposed as a tool of the ontological domain modeling. The stratified description of the pension system is formed as an example. Described agent-based models of social and economic behavior of insured persons with regard to the choice of the method of forming pension and individual pension policies allows you to explore self-organizing processes at the micro-level of the pension system.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"2023 187","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120977009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Current recommender systems still suffer from inaccurate or erroneous predictions for users. This may be due to lack of consensus between users who provide different opinions on items after purchase. However, it is possible that this problem might be due to the users having no/few knowledge on the items or they might have had diverse reasons for previous purchase of the items. Therefore, they decide to either provide untruthful opinions on the items or to not even provide their opinions on the items. This demo paper presents a proposed approach to recommendation, where trust information from the social network can be used to motivate or influence users to contribute their opinions for future recommendation. A new trust metric based on trust features such as familiarity and experience value will be used to identify influential users who will control information flow and motivate the members in their community.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114871646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this work, we present an application of the Brain inspired method for solving fuzzy multi-criteria decision making problems (BIFMCDM) in the Web services selection process in case of fuzzy evaluations of the criteria' weights and of the alternatives' scores as well. As a case study; the ranking problem of three Web Services with respect to five criteria and four decision makers will be tackled. As results of this study, the BIFMCDM method has shown very interesting capabilities in processing fuzziness of the input data set in comparison with the Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS).","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114636935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to extract such a subset is a nontrivial task, although there are a number of methods to handle this problem. In the near past an approach based on rough set has been used for feature selection. The dependency measure is one of the ways to find out the minimal feature subset, called Reducts, from the entire dataset. One of the mature areas of feature reduction is the techniques based on rough set theory, which totally depends on the concept of sets and mathematical formulas. We have conducted experiments using different publicly available datasets from UCI repository and real data sets developed from patient report. A framework is devised using different rough set based algorithms, it has been observed that after reduction of attributes our results improved in terms of time complexity while a negligible effect is seen on the other measures. We measured the performance of our framework using precision, recall, accuracy and F-measure.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121449398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, studying the interaction between the astrocytes and neurons is important to create a novel model for Artificial Neuron-Glial Networks (ANGN). In this paper, a novel model for (ANGN) is proposed to model the real time interaction between Astrocytes and neurons by using Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) and mathematical models for astrocyte-neuron interaction. How could this proposed model will be biologically inspired to model the real time interaction between astrocytes and neurons and to improve the performance of the SNN? However, these mathematical models are generalized and simplified to be used in the proposed network. The performance of the proposed network was compared with standard SNN and the simulation results showed that the proposed model evoked more spikes to fire whenever astrocytes were activating in a time window. This indicates that astrocytes are playing significant roles in processing information of the ANGN.","PeriodicalId":121474,"journal":{"name":"2015 SAI Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114476852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
