The current state of development of electronic technology and the rapid development of wireless information transmission systems requires the search for new technologies that would meet the requirements of increasing the frequency of signal transmission. The idea of the idea of generators operation of clock pulse generators as devices of digital information processing is revealed in the work, in particular the physical model of the clock pulse generator on the basis of Josephson transitions is constructed. The scheme of the clock generator is given and its description is made. The linearization of the two-contact superconducting quantum interference sensors (SQIS) voltage response function is described with the representation of the solution of the differential equation as a function of the voltage response versus time. One of the strategically important processes of the higher education institution activity is the enrollment campaign. In the infor- mation and knowledge society, the effectiveness of its implementation depends on many factors, one of which is the use of information technology. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine current researches and determine the existing trends aims to support the decision- making of HEI`s and major from entrants perspective. This literature review uses Scopus and Web of Science databases and Google Scholar web search engine. Major findings include three lines of research that generate contributions on this topic: predicting the success of admis- sion, recommendation of the major or education institution, and investigation of factors influencing the entrant`s choice. The review indicates that the most common is the use of data mining to solve researches tasks. The need for the development of high-tech engineering in Ukraine requires the introduction of information technology at all stages of the life cycle of engineering products. This requires the implementation of the concept of Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support (CALS), which has long been used in technologically advanced countries for the above purposes. Collection and processing of data generat- ed by a sample of high-tech engineering products will be useful to reduce operating costs, increase service life, increase the speed of repair work, optimize according to various criteria of modernization of high-tech engineering products, promote the development of new similar samples of engineering products. The aim of the article is to determine the scientific basis for using the basic NATO CALS data model to build databases of samples of high- tech engineering products, including samples of weapons and military equipment. This goal is achieved by comparing the recommendations of NATO guidelines and Ukrainian opportunities to build information systems by machine-building enterprises and operators of their prod- ucts. It is shown that the main theoretical approaches for building models of these samples of high-tech engineering products, given in the NATO guidelines on CALS-technologies and systems, are relevant. However, more modern and accessible tools are needed to build data models and database models, and the principles of semantic product breakdown and identification of entities, links and attributes can be taken from NATO guidelines almost without additions. Due to the rapid development of mobile technologies, there is a situation when several different mobile networks operate on one area. In this case, the main problem for ensuring the required quality of service for subscribers is implemention of an optimal algorithm for fast switching between different network, i.e. performing a vertical handover operation. The paper proposes to utilize a fuzzy controller in the intelligent algorithm of multicriterial vertical handover. We propose to use a fuzzy controller having six input and one output linguistic variables. The rule base consisting of sixty-four rules is presented.
