摘要

。由于移动技术的快速发展,出现了多个不同的移动网络在一个区域运行的情况。在这种情况下,确保用户所需的服务质量的主要问题是实现不同网络之间快速切换的最优算法,即执行垂直切换操作。本文提出在多准则垂直切换智能算法中引入模糊控制器。我们建议使用具有六个输入和一个输出语言变量的模糊控制器。给出了由64条规则组成的规则库。用Matlab程序对所研制的模糊控制器进行了仿真。
