This research used descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects used were grade 4 students. The sampling used non-probability sampling. The research sample was 3 students, with the consideration that the students’ scout grades were good and sufficient. Data collection using observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that Students had a self-disciplined attitude in the process of Scout extracurricular activities, Students were able to organize themselves independently regarding the data before the Scout activity started, Students wore scout uniforms carrying sticks, ropes according to the needs of the learning process, students were able to organize themselves to be orderly when scouting activities take place, Students also carry out activities or tasks that have been agreed upon independently, Students are able to pray according to the agreed habits, follow instructions from their senior mentor, carry out the tasks given independently to their part during the task of making scouts in groups. This research is collaborative classroom action research. The subjects of this research were class II students at SD Negeri Malaka for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 20 students. The research design used is the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. The data collection techniques used in this research are: 1) scale, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that class II students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Malaka can be increased by using pop up book media through the steps of observing pop up book media, listening to and reading poetry, asking and answering questions and directing attention to learning. In pre-action, the percentage of students who had a minimum interest in reading had reached a good predicate of 0%. In the first cycle, the percentage increase in the number of students who had a minimum interest in reading reached a good predicate of 45%. The researcher observed that students' bad character greatly affected students' learning outcomes. The problems identified include absenteeism, lack of attention in lessons, noisy behavior in class, and lack of motivation to do assignments. This study aims to determine the effect of character education on the learning outcomes of fifth grade Islamic religious education at SD N 34 VII Koto Sungai Sarik. The type of research used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population is all fifth grade students (120 people), with a sample of 30 people selected using random sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed a significant influence between student character and Islamic religious education learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination shows that 50.2681% of student learning outcomes are influenced by student character, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These inadequacies can hinder the learning process and affect the teacher's creativity in managing learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how to create and maintain a maximum Islamic religious education learning atmosphere at SMPN 29 Sijunjung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher creativity in managing Islamic learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the creativity of teachers in managing Islamic learning has been done well, but has not reached the maximum level because there are still some things that need to be improved. Factors that influence creating a maximum learning atmosphere include forgetting to convey learning objectives, interference in managing time and learning activities, lack of student involvement in learning, and limited learning media. The aim of this research is to describe the development of students’ positive self understanding and the role of guidance and caunseling teachers in developing students’ positive self understanding. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which is a research method that describes phenomena or events that have occurred either in the present or the past. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The frist informant on the study was teacher BK and supporting informant of the study was SMK student N 1 Guguk. The results of research continuously lead to students developing positive self understanding for themselves and the development of positive self understanding in students can develop well if the students is able to apply good self understanding to himself. The role of guidance and causeling teachers in developing positive self understanding instudents is by providing guidance, guidance and causeling services on the topic of self understanding as well as providing motivation or support to students in achieving positive self understanding in thenselves. The population and sample in this study were class X as many as 26 people. \u0000To obtain data on learning creativity and learning discipline, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and used a closed questionnaire structured in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. {"title":"Model Project Based Learning untuk Meningkatkan Kewirausahaan Guru Produktif di SMK Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022","authors":"Herlina Dewi","doi":"10.55606/jurripen.v1i2.524","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55606/jurripen.v1i2.524","url":null,"abstract":"Melalui hasil Peneilitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan melalui pembinaan dan pelatihan memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan bagi guru produktif dalam rangka pengembangan sekolah menuju lulusan yang mampu berdaya saing di dunia usaha, hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin mantapnya pemahaman guru dan terhadap pembinaan yang disampaikan kepala sekolah ketuntasan guru meningkat dari siklus I, II, dan III ) yaitu masing-masing 20% ; 60% ; 100%. Dan nilai rata-rata juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, 68 pada siklus I menjadi 74 pada siklus II dan 86 pada Siklus III. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh aktivitas guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya guru dalam proses pembelajaran daring pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini berdampak positif terhadap capaian mutu guru, yaitu dapat ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata guru pada setiap siklus yang terus mengalami peningkatan.
