At the same time, da'wah is all activities and activities inviting people to change from a situation that contains non-Islamic values to Islamic values. The Sabah State Islamic Affairs Department, is an agency for the State Government Office whose role is to monitor and carry out da'wah activities in the land of Sabah. This research aimed to discover the da'wah strategy carried out by the Department of Islamic Religion of the State of Sabah, the Tuaran Section, towards converts through the da'wah methods and approaches displayed by the da'i from this agency. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Because the main objective of the research is to describe and explain the da'wah strategy used by the Department of Islamic Affairs in the State of Sabah, the Tuaran Section, against true converts, this research was conducted by taking the following steps: determining the research location, research method, determining the type and source of data, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing the data. The study results showed that the da'wah activities of the Department of Islamic Affairs of the State of Sabah (JHEAINS) in the Tuaran section had not provided optimal da'wah efforts. This is due to insensitivity in management and control on the part of the da'i, as well as a lack of appreciation for the vision and mission of JHEAINS in every individual engaged in carrying out da'wah efforts against converts. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the da'wah strategy of the Department of Islamic Affairs of the State of Sabah (JHEAINS) in the Tuaran section has not been able to attract many people who have not accepted Islam to Islam. This research uses a correlational approach that aims to detect the extent to which variations in a factor are related to variations in one or more other factors. After data processing, the results showed that 13% of punk children have a high intensity of religiosity, 43% are moderate and 44% are low. Regarding the level of attachment to the punk community, the results showed that 35% were categorized as high, 49% were moderate, and 16% were low. This means that 65% of punk children experience attachment to their community. This study shows that there is a strong correlation between religious intensity and disengagement in the punk community with a correlation coefficient of 0.745. This strong correlation implies a corrective effect of religion on the level of social deviance. To deal with children who are affected by this case, a rehabilitation center is needed as a place for protection and education for children. Center for Social Rehabilitation of Children Requiring Special Protection “Handayani Jakarta” is a rehabilitation center that provides religious guidance as a method of rehabilitation for children involved in criminal cases. Religious Supervisors, in this case called da'i have an important role to choose the right communication in increasing children's religious awareness so they don't repeat their actions. This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of preachers at BRSAMPK Handayani Jakarta and the interpersonal communication of preachers in increasing the religious awareness of children in conflict with the law. The theory used in this study is the theory of competence communication, while the method used is a qualitative method with a constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques through direct observations, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study show that preachers in building interpersonal communication are by understanding children's character, fostering children's trust, providing guidance with a sense of humor, using language that is easy to understand and applying a firm attitude in guidance. A lot of information about health is received by the congregation; some are true and some are not. Unfortunately, many residents and congregations are influenced by things that are not true, making them reluctant to be vaccinated. This research method is qualitative with in-depth interview techniques. This study concludes that the PWNU (Nahdlatul Ulama Regional Boards) da'wah strategy begins with the organization's view of COVID-19 which gave birth to NU's da'wah policy and its da'wah strategy. COVID-19 is a test that needs to be addressed and overcome properly. NU policy leads to actions to overcome the pandemic, which are synergized with the government and society by utilizing organizational resources to foster jam'iyyah and congregational health. Da'wah is carried out by conveying religious messages combined with spiritual and mental health information to achieve physical health, accompanied by worship and good endeavor. In addition, reading the Qur'an can also bring happiness that affects physical endurance and health. Communication media are used to deliver da’wah messages from West Java NU, namely through mass media and social media, in which social media is more intensely used for da'wah than mass media. The implication of this research is that da'wah by Islamic organizations can still be carried out during a pandemic by using communication media, both social and mass media. This research is a type of qualitative research. News as a unit of analysis was selected by purposive sampling each of 3 (news) for each media. Problems are analyzed with Robert M. Entman's framing analysis which is part of the analysis of mass media texts. This research concludes that Kompas and Media Indonesia construct ideology in religious moderation news which is associated with issues of intolerance and radicalism. These two national media construct news on religious moderation using a moderate national ideology. Concerning moderate da’wah, these two national media do not directly write news with moderate da’wah messages. These two national media construct support for moderate da’wah narratives by constructing religious moderation news. Ideologically, these two national online news media construct news by supporting the practice of religious moderation and the practice of moderate da’wah. The implication is that these two national online mass media need to continue to produce news campaigning for religious moderation and moderate da’wah. Rahman","doi":"10.15575/idajhs.v17i1.24201","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15575/idajhs.v17i1.24201","url":null,"abstract":"In 2017 the Indonesian government has officially banned two Islamic da'wah movements, HTI (Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia) and FPI (Islamic Defenders Front). These two da'wah movements are considered to be contrary to Pancasila ideology because they want to establish an Islamic state (Khilafah) in Indonesia. The focus of this research was carried out in the branch areas of HTI and FPI, namely in West Java and Banten. The data in this paper come from direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation review. This paper finds differences in the pattern of the dakwah movements of HTI and FPI after they were disbanded, both in the dissemination of ideas and in the pattern of recruitment. HTI implemented a massive migration in preaching the idea of a khilafah from direct (offline) efforts to indirect (online) efforts. In its recruitment, HTI continues to maintain its conventional efforts through face-to-face preaching (Daurah), with the addition of using wing organizations as its spearhead. Meanwhile, the decline in the da'wah movement occurred in FPI, mainly due to the absence of the Grand Imam Rizieq Shihab and the loss of elite support for them. Even so, FPI continues to maintain its da'wah activities by disseminating its ideas through recitations at its activist headquarters, mosques and Islamic boarding schools. Online media, such as e-learning, was known before the corona viruses season. One of the institutions implementing e-learning is the Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, led by Yusuf Mansur. The famous preacher with the \"alms flag as the gateway to riches\" is phenomenal in Indonesia. This study uses the phenomenological method and the AIC (attract inform community) model, combining techniques based on social research and Information Technology (IT). This article proves that Mansur was able to build a system for disseminating the Qur’an (online and offline/face to face) combined with a business concept with floating funds and cooperatives and a tower with 285 rooms. Based on the AIC model, it can be stated that Mansur's PPPA web (Qur’an memorizing nursery program) was effective in supporting e-learning and socializing the Qur’an during the Covid-19 period. The Qur'anic e-learning approach has implications for Islamic institutions as capital for brand marketing of da'wah institutions and their development. In the da'wah process, a preacher must understand the condition and culture of the thing of his da'wah. Culture has a close relationship with Islam. One form of culture developed in Sundanese society is proverb, which can be used as moral messages in da’wah. Because Sundanese proverb are full of noble values of the nation, which are relevant to Islamic values, this study aims to analyze da'wah messages in Sundanese proverbs and describe the relationship between Islamic and Sundanese values as da'wah messages. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data were obtained using library research techniques through several stages: heuristics, interpretation criticism, and historiography. The results of this study indicate: First, the values of da'wah messages are found in almost all Sundanese proverbs, both in aspects of humans as individual beings and humans as social beings, as well as proverb about human spirituality. Second, the relationship between Islam and Sundanese in the context of Sundanese proverbs containing Islamic values is included in the symbiotic paradigm category, like sugar and sweetness.
