In fact, the success of an e-learning implementation process is a complex one. Often this process is seen as a dynamic process, relating to both organizational change and educational innovation. The paper utilizes an IS management profile, a derived strategic alignment model (SAM), to investigate the impact of all four alignment domains on the dynamic changes in IS management in a university in Taiwan. The single neuron PID control algorithm programmed in MATLAB can be stimulated by Lab VIEW SIT, the communication between Lab VIEW and field bus instruments can be established by OPC Server. The human machine interface is implemented based on the excellent interface building ability of Lab VIEW, and the HMI can be published to the internet to achieve remote control. Through the single neuron PID control of linear flow rate and nonlinear tank level, good real-time ability and effectiveness are verified. Experiment results show that the single neuron PID controller based on hybrid MATLAB and Lab VIEW has quick control response and small steady-state error. Firstly, the patent data is acquired from heterogeneous data sources into the local database. Then, we can load the business data into the data warehouse after fulfilling the data extraction, transformation, and cleaning through extraction-transformation-loading (ETL) tools. Thirdly, the patent analysis based on key performance indicators (KPI) is performed with data mining models. There are a good many financial news pages which have so many links that the algorithms mainly based on link density have poor performance in extracting main content. To solve this problem, we put forward an extracting main content method which firstly removes the usual noise and the candidate nodes without any main content information from web pages, and makes use of the relation of content text length, the length of anchor text and the number of punctuation marks to extract the main content. In regard to the scheduling problem of single one-time consumption resources in the emergency logistics system, this paper establishes a resource response decision model with the goal of minimum emergency response time, least saving points, highest reliability of transport routes, lowest emergency response cost. A fuzzy ideal point algorithm is applied to transform the multi-objective decision making problem into single-objective programming problem, and the analog simulation calculation is also running. As forwarding links in a web page are different, the transition probability of a link to be clicked is different too. For the classical PageRank value, should assign more authority value to the page according to its clicking probability with high authority value, effectively to focus the authority value on more meaningful web page, finally extracts meaningful page with high authority value. This paper takes advantage of Web link structure, proposes an unequal way to treat the different pages when distributing authorities. This thesis takes urban fringe area with prominent changes in cultivated land as the survey area, on the basis of comprehensively application database, System Dynamics (SD) and Cell Automaton (CA) models, ACCGIS secondary development platform and computer network, develops cultivated land change simulation in urban fringe and designs early warning system, and describes in detail its structure, model and application functions. More and more aspect base dopinion mining technique has been employed to find out customers' opinions. In this paper, we only focus on categorize product features that the customers have commented on. An unsupervised twice-clustering based product features categorization method is proposed. Opinion words in context of product features are chosen to represent the interrelationship among product features instead of full context information. The cluster result of active product features is used as constraints to improve the whole categorization quality. Our experimental results show that opinion words in context and their group information are very important features in measuring the semantic similarity of their associated product features.
