Experiment results show that the single neuron PID controller based on hybrid MATLAB and Lab VIEW has quick control response and small steady-state error. 摘要

为了在基金会现场总线过程控制系统中实现智能控制算法,本文提出了一种结合Lab VIEW和MATLAB设计实时智能控制系统的方法。用MATLAB编写的单神经元PID控制算法可通过Lab VIEW SIT实现,通过OPC Server实现Lab VIEW与现场总线仪表之间的通信。利用Lab VIEW优秀的界面构建能力实现人机界面,并将人机界面发布到internet上,实现远程控制。通过对线性流量和非线性液位的单神经元PID控制,验证了该系统具有良好的实时性和有效性。实验结果表明,基于MATLAB和Lab VIEW的单神经元PID控制器具有控制响应快、稳态误差小的特点。此外,该方法还可以弥补基金会现场总线控制算法的不足。
