Faptul este determinat de unele probleme nestabilite, neidentificate sau nesoluționate cu care se confruntă consumatorii, în rezultat generându-se un comportament negativ a consumatorilor. În rezultat comportamentul negativ poate influența imaginea companiei, viitoarele relații, precum și promovarea ulterioară pe care o fac consumatorii. Abordând, importanța acestei probleme, precum și factorii care condiționează cel mai des astfel de comportamente negative, constatăm necesitatea implementării sistemelor eficiente privind: mаnаgementul reclаmаţiilоr, care poate reprezenta un element оbiectiv și un instrument eficient în reducerea nemulţumirii și insatisfacției; MRC/CRM(customer relationship management) axat pe gestionarea eficientă și profitabilă a relațiilor cu clienții pe parcursul întregului ciclu de relații; cercetarea comportamentului consumatorului, sub aspectul factorilor și elementelor implicate de natură psihofiziologică (preferințe, gusturi, percepție, atenție, gândire, motivație), și elemente de natură sociologică (obiceiuri, deprinderi, experiențe de viață); evaluarea feed-back-ului consumatorului, dependent de gradul de satisfacție a consumatorilor după ce produsul sau serviciul a fost achiziționat și consumat; folosirea cutiilor cu sugestii atrag atenția amănunțită a fiecărei păreri a consumatorilor în parte, și produc cercetări de marketing instantanee; comunicarea permanentă/call center, este o bună metodă de atenuare a comportamentului negativ având capacitatea de a transmite informația nonstop și de a pune la dispoziția clientului cele mai actuale știri despre produsul/ serviciul acordat și linia fierbinte, venind în ajutorul consumatorului prin respectarea drepturilor lor, soluționarea problemelor în cel mai scurt timp, cu orar non-stop; politica de interacțiune permanentă cu clienții prin educarea, informarea și dezvoltarea conştiinţei şi comportamentului consumatorului, precum și dezvoltarea încrederii consumatorilor. This study aims to identify the link between the level of emotional intelligence of managers and the leadership style practiced by them. Measures to reduce noise pollution require investments, new materials, new techniques in civil and industrial construction, in machine building, rethinking processes, installations, means and traffic systems and last but not least, a civilized behavior of people among themselves. Therefore, the local community has a great role in combating noise pollution as well as other forms of pollution. It is necessary to find solutions and measures that allow for sustained action both nationally and locally by the competent authorities, in order to reduce the level of pollution due to road traffic, and to provide clean air to the inhabitants of these cities. This objective also supports the preparation of the integration of the Romanian transport system in the transport systems of the European Union, as a basic condition of our country's accession to the EU. This branch aims to provide the population with safe, harmless and high quality dairy products. However, the dairy industry has declined steadily in recent decades. Official statistics for the last 10 years show a significant decrease in milk production: from 575 thousand tons in 2009 to 367 thousand tons in 2019 (-38%). During the same period, milk imports rose by 405%. On the other hand, dairy exports have decreased significantly in the last 4 years - by about 17%. Currently, the range of dairy products is very varied and mostly corresponds to the needs of the population. According to statistical information, at present, the dairy industry in the Republic of Moldova is represented by over 20 units for the industrialization of milk and dairy products, located in all geographical areas of the country. The aim of the paper is: studying of the current situation regarding the production, trade and conformity of dairy products. The research is performed using the methods: comparative analysis, expertise, etc. So this paper contains the results of production, consumption, trade and compliance of dairy products, as well as organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological research on the quality of domestic and imported whole milk (6 varieties). The research was conducted based on sensory and laboratory methods accepted in commodity science. The research results show that only 3 products out of 6 fully meet the prescribed requirements. The winner products of this competition are: Seven Mountains, Zuzu and Agronatura SRL. We also studied consumers' preferences through the sensory analysis of whole milk (20 points).\"Zuzu\" and \"Seven Mountains\" milks - products imported from Romania have accumulated the maximum score. In addition, we checked the correctness of the mandatory information presented on the product labels.
