Данное обстоятельство обуславливает потребность в организации и предоставлении услуг по проведению кадастровых работ, которые позволят оптимизировать работу учетно-регистрационной системы и решить ряд социально значимых задач в системе управления объектами недвижимости. At the moment, in the sphere of land and property relations, a number of problems have accumulated in terms of certain segments regulations of the real estate market, the solution of which is impossible without the formation of reliable information about real estate objects recorded in the Unified state register of real estate (USRE). Поэтому формирование и развитие всех направлений по организации землеустроительной территории должно быть связано с общим направлением зонального земледелия, что в конечном итоге окажет существенное влияние как на формирование эффективного землепользования, так и на подъем экономики сельскохозяйственного производства. В этой связи в такой агроландшафтной ситуации можно добиться высокоэффективного использования земельных ресурсов в рамках рациональной организации землеустроительной деятельности. In modern conditions the formation of common areas of agriculture and land management is inseparably linked with agrolandscape land system. Therefore, the formation and development of all areas of land use areas should be connected with the general direction of agriculture area, which ultimately has a significant impact both on the formation of efficient land use, and the economic recovery of agricultural production.
