In spite of fake news and distortion, we looked at the methods of conveying the truth of Beyond Death and Beyond the Darkness of Age, a novel form of Spring Day, and A Boy Is Coming, a non-fiction dealing with the May 18th, which received fair evaluation despite fake news and distortion. Literature that has narratives and deals with emotions and emotions that move the human heart is a complete genre that can return to the truth in the post-truth era where fake news is prevalent. If non-fictional discourse forms explore the meaning and expression of the event in the category of literature, and literature also conveys the truth through literary devices and various formal aesthetic expressions, it can be more effective for readers to accept it. The truth of our time can be communicated when the act of reconstructing a huge historical event into a literary discourse is accompanied by the legitimacy itself. Literature has a humanistic status in that it can embrace universal human intelligence and sensibility to imagine and draw a better world. And because its status is organic and inseparable from our lives, it has dignity that is neither high nor low. If the metaphorical language system replaces communication beyond objective information and presents a solution to ethical problems caused by fictionization, then the truth discourse in literature can be an alternative to the post-truth era.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114198352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, I considered ways to use these repetitive description parts in classical novel education. In Sukhyangjeon, the journey of Sukhyang's hardship is repeatedly presented through the utterances of various characters including Sukhyang. This repetitive description can be seen as the author's technique to assist readers' memory, who may forget the plot or confuse the sequence of the journey due to the nature of the long novel and many hard journeys experienced by Sukhyang. Also, I think that the author aimed at the effect of emphasizing the tragic situation of Sukhyang more by continuously presenting the hardships experienced by Sukhyang. The repetitive description parts appearing in Sukhyangjeon can be used for Classical novel education. I summarized these into three categories. First, the importance of repetitive learning can be emphasized. In the process of reading the repetitive description parts, Learners can learn the details of Sukhyang's journey contents naturally due to the effect of repetition, without intentionally memorizing the contents of Sukhyangjeon. By mentioning this point, the importance of repeated learning can be emphasized. Second, it can help to understand the narrative structure of the novel. The repetitive description part is the Sukhyang’s life story and the plot of the novel. The learner can easily understand the narrative structure of the novel by naturally organizing the contents of the novel in the process of reading the repetitive description parts. Third, it can help to understand the world view of the work. The learner can easily understand the world view of Sukhyangjeon through the Taoist characteristics of the characters appearing in the repetitive description parts.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127301867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the literature of Park Young-joon, the issue of his track record in Manchuria and his transfer is important. This has been mainly discussed from the perspective of the author's 'self-identification'. However, compared to other writers at the same time, Park did not reveal his past actively or express his beliefs persuasively. Rather, it can be seen that he expressed his longing for recognition through the the narrative of love by passive characters. Park Young-joon's works during the liberation period show a significant change in trend from the establishment of the separate government. Prior to the establishment, many works deal with the question of how to liquidate the past and live a new life. In addition, the characters attempted to seek a positive outlook by dealing with the subject of recognition, development, and inclusion through love. In addition, many works have narrated their experiences in Manchuria. In the world of his works, if colonial works are centered on the story of breaking wishes and fantasies in Manchuria, post-liberation works tend to cover up the past and protect himself. However, after the establishment of the separate government, in the world of Park Young-jun's works, “love” is reserved, and there is a characteristic that no positive future is sought or progress is made. Rather, it is depicted as the main theme of the separation and disconnection of characters who want to love. Park Young-jun's works in liberation period have something in common that most of them are based on a longing for recognition. While the narrative of Manchuria are works that seek to strengthen the rights and solidarity among members of the community by differentiating the world outside the Korea, love narratives have something in common that all the characters surrounding love are based on a longing for recognition. These characteristics appear in his works as detailed changes in political and historical reality after liberation.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115800744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The poems in which the ‘ego expansion' that is the foundation of resilience emerged revealed the process of meaning generation in a new light. The formation of the relationship between the medium and the goal by the pragmatic function ‘ego expansion' contained in each text is illustrated by the meaning-generating process of resilience. The difference of the ego expansion from general growth is in relationality. Cognitive structures have emerged in which the medium and the goal by the connectivist spread resilience through the principle of sameness. Mental space, which is the operating element of ego expansion, was typed into ‘time spaces', ‘space spaces', ‘domain spaces', ‘hypothetical spaces', etc, to form a semantic space. In the poem of Yun Dongju, the resilience caused by the ego expansion into the multi-ego of ego is revealed as a type of mental space of ‘domain spaces', ‘hypothetical spaces' and ‘time spaces'. In particular, the cognitive background of time spaces was generally implied, and cognitive settings that ruminate on the ego in time spaces were dominant. The ego expansion is revealed in the superego and the split ego, and the ego expansion into the split ego is highlighted. The resilience, the orientation of the superego to overcome the agony of ego that pursues the ideal goal to overcome the difficulty of the reality and the internal and external hardship is expressed was watched. Even in the trial product that calls the past ego and forms the split ego, the will of resilience of possitive future was expressed. In the poem of Han Yongun, the transitional ego expansion into the subject’s object was represented by ‘hypothetical spaces’, and the type of mental space of ‘space spaces’ was revealed dominant and evidently so the resilience of transitional aspect into the object of the subject was clearly highlighted. The will to overcome the absolute pursuit of cognitive object and the cognitive distance with the cognitive object was expressed in the subject and objective ideology by conectivist’s ego expansion of pragmatic function. The cognitive attitude to identify the subject and the object was reinforced through the transitional ego expansion into the object of the subject. The orientation into the identity of the subject and the object appeared in the text was firm, and the resilience of ego expansion by the mental action seen as the cognitive action principle was expressed. In the poem of Baek Seok, the ‘time spaces’ was lied in the text in the cognitive situation setting where the exclusive ego expansion into the community of the object is occurred, specially the ‘domain spaces’ was evidently revealed. That is because the multi-layer time spaces cognitively forms several activity areas of our life. On the other hand, it was possible to identify even the type of ‘space spaces’, and it shows the","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129224599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, the background of the times and the motives of secularization were reviewed, and the literary aspects of secularized works were examined. Based on this, the meaning of secularization was reviewed. To summarize the discussion so far. First, the background of the times and the motives of secularization were examined. Anrakguktaejajeon appeared in the late Korea Dynasty and early Joseon Dynasty. This was the era when Buddhism lost its status as a national religion and Confucianism gained power and eventually grew into the ruling ideology. Therefore, the Buddhist world chose propagation as a way to overcome the crisis, and as a means of propagation Anrakguktaejajeon. Due to its religious purpose, this work could be restructured at any time because the causality of the narrative was not close. It is Anrakukjeon that makes up for the deficiencies in the secular aspect. Second, the literary aspects following secularization were identified by dividing them into structure and ideology. In terms of composition, the spatial background has rationality, and the actions and results of characters have causality. On the other hand, it was restructured to make the story before and after the case inevitably. In terms of ideology, Buddhist content was used as a means to shape the story, and secular persuasion was secured by introducing Confucian ideology. In addition, it also followed the universal method of shaping novels at the time by converging Taoist thought. Third, the literary value and significance seen through secularization were reviewed. Through the change of Anrakguktaejajeon to a classic novel, which is a secular narrative, it is possible to rationally trace the process of transition from a novel to a novel, as well as to identify what aspects of the sacred narrative were added and subtracted to create the character of a secular narrative. In addition, it should be noted that this work can contribute empirically when understanding the diachronic context of Korean classical novel history.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133200024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This story organically structured the plot by arranging various types of characters rather than simply enumerating the motifs. It implies that the interest factors of tales familiar to the readership are developed into novelistic features. Firstly, the protagonist was embodied by inheriting the narrative tradition of heroic characters. The story structure of a hero's journey whose life undergoes trials at a young age but escapes from the crisis with helpers and achieves something great based on his outstanding abilities. Kim Won's oviparity and conquest were used to enhance his heroism. Secondly, the antagonist in the story was put into a process called characterization to create an adversary of the protagonist. What draws readers' attention is the enormous appearance and power of the monster and the detailedly described underworld while simultaneously arousing curiosity about how Kim Won would defeat such a strong presence. The stunning portrayal of the antagonist is to embody the protagonist's activities against it in a more exciting way. Thirdly, female characters in the story play a role in making the narrative more vivid. The princess contributes to exterminating the monster, devotes herself to Kim Won, and supports her parents-in-law. The princess of the Sea God even leaves her hometown at Kim Won's request and plays a significant role in reviving him. In this way, the two female characters, the princess and the princess of the Sea God, are actively involved in making the story more interesting. By embracing narrative elements into the classic novel, Kimwonjeon established a worldview that readers would be enthusiastic about. The protagonist who descended from the celestial realm defends the ideology of loyalty, filial piety, and fidelity in the process of performing heroic activities in unique spaces such as the underground world and the underwater world, and returning to the earthly world to enjoy wealth and glory. The Confucian perspective was set up so that the protagonist and female characters protect it, naturally pleasing readers' desires.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114117908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, social characteristics, the meaning pursued by life, and linguistic and cultural orientation can be examined through buzzwords. Since buzzwords in the media are linguistic data that have not gone through filtering, they are data that can vividly explore social changes. In this study, the linguistic function and linguistic cultural orientation of buzzwords in the media were examined. The conclusion is replaced by a summary of the preceding discussion. First, the method of forming the meaning of buzzwords was examined. Trendy words are linguistic materials that sharply express various phenomena of society at the time. Trendy words are formed by mobilizing various methods to express and convey as strong and impressively as possible. The method of forming the meaning of buzzwords can be divided into synthesis, transfer, and emphasis of meaning. Second, the meaning and expression patterns of buzzwords were examined. Because buzzwords are formed under various intentions, their meanings and expressions can also vary. Representative meanings and expressions include abbreviated expressions for quick delivery, idiom expressions for fun, emphatic expressions through reproduction, and extreme expressions containing excesses. First, abbreviated expressions for quick information transfer are the core required in buzzwords. And for fun expressions, we pursue fun in a variety of ways, such as matching rhythms and using homophones. Emphasizing expression through reproduction means that when a buzzword appears, it is used as a base form to freely create and use similar forms. Lastly, as we pursued something fresher and more impressive in order to get a favorable response from the public, an excess of verbal expression appeared, and finally, a buzzword containing extreme expression appeared. Third, the linguistic and cultural orientation of buzzwords in the media appears as value orientation, self orientation, and excessive orientation. The linguistic culture of value orientation refers to the pursuit of legitimate values accepted by individuals or society. Self-oriented language culture can be understood as representing the life and values of modern people. Excessive orientation reflects the desire to effectively express the intended content whenever possible.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121690131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Jeonghyobujeon has the character of an ethical novel in the theme aspect and a novel with a trial in the composition aspect. The most influential thing in forming the narrative of Jeonghyobujeon is the story of “Ukong(于公)and DonghaeHyobu(東海孝婦)” contained in 󰡔HanSeo(漢書)󰡕71, 「WuCengkwook(于定國)」. Comparing the spatio-temporal backgrounds, characters, and major narratives of the two works, Jeonghyobujeon was created under the influence of 「WuCengkwook(于定國)」. Jeonghyobujeon composed a novel by featuring Kim Cheol-soo as a villain and inserting a story of suffering in hell under God's punishment. In addition, Wukong of Jeonghyobujeon is embodied in the form of a much more insightful official than Wukong recorded in 「WuCengkwook(于定國)」. Woo Gong of 「WuCengkwook(于定國)」 is only in a position to persuade the fact that DonghaeHyobu(東海孝婦) is innocent. However, WuGong in Jeonghyobujeon, made a dramatic character by consoling Mrs. Jeong's ghost by making a direct ruling and later bringing her back to the real world. Jeonghyobujeon was novelized based on Chinese records, but in the process, it was meaningful in that it was newly created and novelized by actively expanding the role of characters and inserting the heroine's fantasy experience. I think it will be a major work that can examine the relationship between acceptance and influence of Chinese literature in the study of novels in the late Joseon Dynasty.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128108686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For learners of Korean as a foreign language, the acquisition of synonyms is crucial for expanding vocabulary knowledge and improving language proficiency. However, distinguishing between synonyms with similar meanings in different contexts can be challenging, particularly in the case of emotional verbs. Simply relying on a dictionary to understand the contextual meaning of emotional vocabulary is also difficult, as it fails to capture the complex and nuanced differences in various contexts. To address these challenges, recent studies on linguistic expressions of emotion have utilized corpus linguistics, AI machine learning, and deep learning. By analyzing corpus data, this study attempts to distinguish their meaning by revealing their semantic preference for the co-occurring nouns of Korean ‘aswium’ type emotional verbs - ‘aswipda, akkapda, seopseophada and seounhada’. And provide basic data for developing practical and objective vocabulary education content.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121074663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However if lexical knowledge is approached at the sentence level and educated, practical language use can be experienced and can be usefully used in real life. In particular, in the case of compound verbs formed by combining two elements, the form, meaning, and syntactic change are changed, so care must be taken in their use. ‘Meokda’ is a single word, but sometimes combined with other words to create a diverse vocabulary. In addition, it is a frequently used vocabulary related to food in everyday life, and it has been differentiated into various meanings by combining with other words, and the range of its use has widened. So, for practical use, it is necessary to look at the form, meaning, and syntactic. Therefore, in this study, considering these points, we tried to present an educational method centering on the food compound verb. When 'meokda' is combined with 'noun', most of the preceding nouns were [-eating], and even after being synthesized, most of them had other meanings unrelated to 'eating'. However, when the preceding element is a verb, it was found to be a compound verb that has a syntactic structure similar to 'meokda' and not a compound verb. In addition, it was confirmed that various types of compound verbs such as compound verbs with various arguments under the influence of preceding verbs and compound verbs in which the semantic role of the target argument plays an important role were found. Considering this point, an educational method was proposed to examine the meaning and syntactic structure together so that compound verbs could be formed into sentences rather than understood as individual words and connected to actual use.","PeriodicalId":117781,"journal":{"name":"Korean Language and Literature","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132894575","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
