The research sample in this study were students of class X SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, the data obtained in this study were data from interviews, questionnaires, student learning outcomes on Business and Energy material. The results of this study indicate that students need teaching materials in the form of learning media that support the 21st century equipped with a learning model that can improve students' ability to solve problems, namely E-module STEM-PjBL-based.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendiskripsikan kebutuhan bahan ajar fisika di abad 21 terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. Analisis data dilakukan secara dekriptif, data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa data hasil wawancara, angket, hasil belajar siswa pada materi Usaha dan Energi. A single cell lead acid battery has been made with the RFB system by giving 4 variations in flow speed (45 mL/min, 77 mL/min, 90 mL/min and 105 mL/min), two electrolyte concentrations (30% and 40%) and applied 1 A of charging-discharging current with the aim of an88ukmalyzing the relationship of the electrolyte flow rate of the battery to the RFB system capacity. The results showed that the flow of electrolytes from tanks outside the cell battery was able to increase battery capacity by increasing the number of spontaneous redox reactions during charging and discharging. The cycle time and battery capacity increase at the beginning of the filling-emptying cycle but have a downward trend with the increasing number of cycles. Batteries with an electrolyte concentration of 30% and speeds of 90 mL/mnt have the best performance in terms of discharging capacity compared to other batteries.Abstrak: Laju aliran elektrolit adalah salah satu parameter penting pada kinerja Redox Flow Battery (RFB). Baterai asam timbal sel tunggal telah dibuat dengan sistem RFB dengan memberikan 4 variasi kelajuan aliran (45 mL/mnt, 77 mL/mnt, 90 mL/mnt dan 105 mL/mnt), dua konsentrasi elektrolit (30% dan 40 %) dan diterapkan 1 A arus pengisian-pemakaian dengan tujuan menganalisis hubungan laju aliran elektrolit baterai dengan kapasitas sistem RFB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aliran elektrolit dari tangki di luar baterai sel mampu meningkatkan kapasitas baterai dengan meningkatkan jumlah reaksi redoks spontan selama pengisian dan pemakaian. Waktu siklus dan kapasitas baterai meningkat pada awal siklus pengisian-pengosongan tetapi memiliki tren menurun dengan meningkatnya jumlah siklus. This study uses the ѰU method to calculate the critical field value numerically which has been tested stable and consistent. Previous research has been carried out regarding the critical field ratio of rectangular and rectangular superconductors with the same area at κ = 1.5. This research examines the variation of the dimensions of the type II superconductor with a rectangular shape, then it is found that the critical field of the Hc3 surface forms a pattern that can be used to study the characteristics of the type II superconductor.Abstrak: Persamaan Ginzburg-Landau Gayut Waktu (Time Dependent Ginzburg-Landau/TDGL) dapat digunakan untuk mempelajari karakteristik superkonduktor dalam evolusi waktu sampai mencapai keadaan setimbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ѰU untuk menghitung nilai medan kritis secara numerik yang telah teruji stabil dan konsisten. Telah dilakukan penelitian sebelumnya mengenai perbandingan medan kritis superkonduktor berbentuk persegi dan persegi panjang dengan luas sama pada κ = 1,5. Teletherapy 60Co at RSUD Dr. Moewardi, the collimator opening area can be adjusted to (10 x 10) cm and the distance between source and surface target (SSD) is 80 cm. γ- radiation emitted by the 60Co source will spread from the collimator to the target in a cone shape so that information about the dose rate receive by patient is needed to support the accuracy of the dose in radiotherapy. To support cancer radiotherapy at a certain depth, information is needed about the dose rate at various phantom depth, the average dose rate and the quality of the dose rate distribution. By using an ionization chamber detector placed at various phantom depth and positions, information can be recorded. PDD (percentage depth dose) of radiation with energy 1,3 MeV, the largest value is at a depth of 6,5 cm, at this depth the measured umbra area is (7,8 x 7,8)cm with an average dose rate of 0,6034 Gy/menit. As the depth of measuring instrument increases, the dose rate measured will decrease exponentially, while the umbra are at the phantom depth is relatively constant.Abstrak: Radioterapi 60co merupakan salah satu metode pengobatan kanker dengan cara menembakkan radiasi γ pada sel kanker. Pesawat teleterapi 60Co di RSUD Dr. Moewardi, luas bukaan kolimator dapat diatur menjadi (10 x 10) cm dan jarak sumber dengan permukaan target (SSD) adalah 80 cm. Radiasi- γ yang dipancarkan oleh sumber 60Co akan menyebar dari kolimator ke target dengan berbentuk konus sehingga informasi tentang laju dosis yang diterima pasien sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung ketepatan dosis dalam radioterapi. Untuk mendukung radioterapi kanker pada kedalaman tertentu, diperlukan informasi tentang laju dosis pada variasi kedalaman phantom, laju dosis rata-rata dan kualitas sebaran laju dosis. Dengan menggunakan detektor ionization chamber yang diletakkan pada berbagai kedalaman dan posisi phantom, informasi dapat direkam. PDD (percentage depth dose) dari radiasi-γ berenergi 1,3 MeV terbesar nilainya pada kedalaman 6,5 cm, pada kedalaman ini luas umbra yang terukur yaitu (7,8 x 7,8) cm dengan laju dosis rata-rata 0,6034 Gy/menit. Dengan bertambahnya posisi kedalaman letak alat ukur, laju dosis yang terukur akan menurun secara eksponensial, sedangkan luas umbra pada kedalaman fantom relatif tetap. By comparing general equation of gravtiational wave and modification of gravity theory, is obtained equation of gravitational wave for the generalized Proca theories. As a result, we find equation of gravitational wave for the generalized Proca theory. We conclude that the massive vector field affected propagation of gravitational wave. we can use the result to test the generalized Proca theory. Abstrak: Dengan terdeteksinya gelombang gravitasi secara langsung dari biner lubang hitam dan bintang neutron menjadi kesempatan untuk dapat menguji teori gravitasi yang sedang dikembangkan.Gelombang gravitasi secara umum dipengaruhi oleh modifikasi teori gravitasi selama penjalarannya pada jarak kosmologi. Dengan membandingkan persamaan gelombang gravitasi dengan teori modifikasi yang dikembangkan, diperoleh persamaan umum gelombang gravitasi dari teori gravitasi yang dikembangkan. Pada artikel ini diperoleh persamaan gelombang gravitasi untuk teori Proca yang digeneralisasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsi yang mengandung vektor medan masif dapat mempengaruhi gelombang gravitasi. (2) To determine the learning steps of the POE2WE Model in fostering student character to face the challenges of the 21st century. The research method used is literature study. The POE2WE model has been described as feasible and effective for use in the previous description. The POE2WE model is also equipped with a Model Book making it easier for other educators to apply the model (Nana, 2019a; Nana, 2019b). At the beginning of the 2020 decade, besides continuing to prepare students to live life in the 21st century and the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there are other challenges that need to be faced in the education sector, namely the Cocid-19 Pandemic. This has made the learning system in Indonesia almost entirely turned to online learning. Online learning can be done synchronously and asynchronously. Synchronous online learning means that educators and students interact in the learning process at the same time in different places.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Pengembangan yang menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul digital fisika berbasis Model POE2WE untuk mata kuliah Fisika Sekolah di masa New Normal. (2) Untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pembelajaran Model POE2WE dalam menumbuhkan karakter Mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berupa studi pustaka. Model POE2WE telah disebutkan layak dan efektif untuk digunakan pada uraian sebelumnya. Model POE2WE juga dilengkapi dengan Buku Model sehingga memudahkan bagi pendidik lain untuk menerapkan model tersebut (Nana, 2019a; Nana, 2019b). Pada awal dekade 2020, selain terus menyiapkan mahasiswa untuk menjalani kehidupan di Abad 21 dan era revolusi industri 4.0, ada tantangan lain yang perlu dihadapi bidang pendidikan yaitu Pandemi Cocid-19. Hal ini menjadikan sistem pembelajaran di Indonesia hampir seluruhnya berpaling pada pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring dapat dilakukan secara synchronous dan asynchronous. Irradiation into the body can cause the emergence of free radicals in the body which can harm other organs around the irradiation target. This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to gamma radiation on the liver of mice and the hepatoprotective properties of mangosteen peel extract (Garcinia mangostana) in reducing the resulting cell damage. This study was conducted by giving mice mangosteen peel extract with 5 different doses from those given 40 minutes of radiation exposure with a total dose of 268 μSv for 14 days, then the SGPT (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase) levels were measured and cell damage figures from histopathological preparations. The results showed that before being given mangosteen peel extract, total damage to hepatocyte cells was 47.34%. After being given mangosteen peel extract, total damage to hepatocyte cells was 23.42%. Meanwhile, the SGPT level decreased to 77.7 U/L from the initial level of 128.67 U/L. This proves that mangosteen peel extract has hepatoprotective properties that can reduce cell damage due to exposure to gamma radiation.Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan radiasi gamma di bidang kesehatan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan sinar gamma dalam proses radioterapi. Penyerapan energi radiasi ke dalam tubuh dapat menyebabkan munculnya radikal bebas dalam tubuh yang dapat merugikan organ lain di sekitar target penyinaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan radiasi gamma terhadap hepar mencit dan sifat hepatoprotektif ekstrak kulit manggis(Garcinia mangostana) dalam mengurangi kerusakan sel yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan ekstrak kulit manggis 5 dosis varian berbeda ke mencit dan diberi paparan radiasi selama 40 menit dengan dosis total 268 μSv selama 14 hari, kemudian diukur kadar SGPT (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase) dan jumlah kerusakan sel dari preparathistopatologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan ekstrak kulit manggis, kerusakan total sel hepatosit sebesar 47,34%. Setelah diberikan ekstrak kulit manggis, kerusakan total sel hepatosit sebesar 23,42%. Sementara itu, kadar SGPT turun menjadi 77,7 U/L dari kadar awal 128,67 U/L. The aim of the research is to analyze monthly wind profile and crosswind potential in the area of New Yogyakarta International Airport. The method used by installing 4 (four) AWS (Automatic Weather Station) at the end and the middle of the runway during March to September 2017. The results show that the wind patterns in the March-May period have varying directions with an average speed of 5-8 knots. In June - September, the wind pattern blows from the East - Southeast direction with an average speed of 6-9 knots. The maximum wind speed occurred between 14-20 knots and no crosswind potential was found for the runway length of 3,600 meters.Abstrak: Angin merupakan unsur cuaca yang sangat penting dalam keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisa profil angin bulanan dan potensi terjadinya Crosswind pada area New Yogyakarta International Airport. Metode yang dipakai dengan memasang 4 (empat)buah AWS (Automatic Weather Station) di ujung dan tengah landasan selama bulan Maret hingga September 2017. Hasil pengamatan dan analisa menunjukan bahwa pola angin pada periode Maret – Mei memiliki arah yang bervariasi dengan kecepatan rata-rata 5 – 8 knot. Pada Juni – September, pola angin berhembus dari arah Timur – Tenggara dengan kecepatan rata-rata 6 – 9 knot. The stages of developing this color combination application consist of analysis, design, manufacture and testing. This learning media work system uses the Arduino Uno R3 (ATMEGA328) as a data processing center, TCS230 sensors as data input media. The data from Arduino Uno R3 processing results is displayed via RGB LED and a Visual Basic 2012-based desktop application. In the desktop application, the data input for color 1 and color 2 is processed through the combination button found in the application to combine color 1 and color 2. Overall test results, media learning color recognition and color combinations can work well in combining colors according to Munsell's Color Theory.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu media pembelajaran pengenalan kombinasi warna yang berfungsi untuk membantu mengenalkan tentang warna dan kombinasi warna pada siswa TK Al-Amin 3 Cemani. Tahapan pengembangan aplikasi kombinasi warna ini terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian Sistem kerja media pembelajaran ini menggunakan Arduino Uno R3 (ATMEGA328) sebagai pusat pengolahan data, sensor TCS230 sebagai media input datanya. Data hasil pemrosesan Arduino Uno R3 ditampilkan melalui RGB LED dan aplikasi desktop berbasis Visual Basic 2012. Pada aplikasi desktop data input warna 1 dan warna 2 diolah melalui tombol kombinasi yang terdapat pada aplikasi untuk mengkombinasikan warna 1 dan warna 2. Samples are made in the structure of the working electrode pair Sandwich and the opponent electrode. Sample absorbancy test using UV-Visible LAMBDA 25 spectrophotometer and test current and voltage characterization (I-V) using Keithley 2602A. The TiO2 deposition method uses the drop and soaks method. The results of the study showed that the maximum absorbancy in the high dye ruthenium appeared at the two peaks at = 448 nm and = 580 nm. While I-V curve measurements showed great efficiency that resulted in ruthenium dye with concentrations of 0.1, 0.5, and 1 in a row were 0, 12%, 0.186%, and 0.26%. These results show that higher concentrations of ruthenium dye can increase the value of the resulting efficiency.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkarakterisasi Ruthenium sebagai fotosensitizer pada Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC). Sampel dibuat dalam struktur kerja pasangan elektroda Sandwich dan elektroda lawan. Uji absorbansi sampel menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Visible LAMBDA 25 dan uji karakterisasi arus dan tegangan (I-V) menggunakan Keithley 2602A. Metode pengendapan TiO2 menggunakan metode drop and soaks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa absorbansi maksimum pada zat warna rutenium tinggi muncul pada dua puncak yaitu = 448 nm dan = 580 nm. Sedangkan pengukuran kurva I-V menunjukkan efisiensi yang sangat baik yang menghasilkan pewarna rutenium dengan konsentrasi 0,1, 0,5, dan 1 berturut-turut adalah 0, 12%, 0,186%, dan 0,26%.
