In this respect, the Kazakh people are not an exception. This rich spiritual, cultural and literary heritage of the Kazakh people testifies to the fact that this people is a long-standing ancient tribe, a follower of bagzi nomads who are rooted from the depths of centuries. It is a fact that at all times every nation had its own values and culture, which poured into the minds of future generations, made them heroes, men who protect their country and land. After all, the future of the country is necessary for the development of the future of this nation, to radiate into the minds of generations, mixing the essence of youth, national psychology with the sacred heritage of the ancestors, that is, identity and morality. And today it is one of the most important things for the spirituality of the Kazakh people. We think that it is urgent to popularise the heritage and works of our historical figures, who are scattered every time in the steppe, who have a strong memory, who gave their lives for the future of the nation, and thus educate future young people in the national direction. For this reason, it is worth popularising the propaganda of the words of our sages and poets, instilling them in the minds of young people as much as possible, combining them with traditions and upbringing from the cradle. It is clear that the traditions and customs of a fundamental country in Central Asia drag on to ancient times. So, the culture also dates back to those times. Therefore, the goal is to combine the Customs and traditions of the Kazakh people, which differ from other ethnic groups, with their culture. The article analyses the culture, art, multifaceted artists of the Kazakh people as a unique artistic phenomenon, discusses examples of traditional art of nomadic culture, whose general and distinctive manifestations reflect the historical path of the Kazakh people.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. Temple architecture is a category that encompasses not only the construction of temples but also their functioning and influence on the processes and events taking place in the city. In the conditions of temple construction, the task was set not so much of buildings of religious structures, but of the habitat as a whole. The main purpose of the study is to identify the features and factors of the influence of temple construction, the activities of priests on the change in the urban environment, to study the architectural styles and ideological compositions of the cult architecture of Kostanay. The work used a wide range of historiographic (works of Kazakh and foreign, Russian researchers) and source material (archival, museum sources). The methodological basis of the research was made by interdisciplinary, cross-cultural theoretical positions (concepts of K. Lynch and K. Norberg-Schulz, environmental approach) and specific methods (architectural analysis, historical and cultural reconstruction, methods of system-holistic analysis, critical research, and generalization of source material). Based on the results of the study, we came to the conclusion that temple architecture and priests had positive changes on the city and townspeople, a lot of educational, moral, charitable work was carried out, registers of births were kept. An active activity attitude influenced the architecture and style of temples. All of them were built according to certain patterns, but they all had their own unique characteristics. You can trace the interconnection and mutual influence of the West and the East, the interweaving of Russian, Tatar, European, Middle Eastern architectural styles.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. The contradictory dynamics of public life in the twentieth century put forward the problem of human self-improvement, personal development strategies, and personal activity. For a person, his individuality and the definition of the path of maturity that leads to it are very important. According to the authors, such approaches are contained in psychonanalytic and socio-cultural strategies. To determine the development of personality within the framework of socio-cultural theory, a deep analysis of the concepts of cultural heritage, communicative rationality, freedom, responsibility is carried out. The importance of socio-cultural communication based on the problem of human self-improvement is studied. The social lifestyle of the Kazakh people imposed strict requirements on moral qualities and personal-value, socio-psychological, and ethnic positions. The originality of Zhyrau’s poetry is a direct orientation to the social environment. Putting such personality qualities as personality and honor above, he aimed at improving personality through adequate sociological practice. They formed their works in the form of philosophical reflections of a didactic nature, presented their thoughts about time, reflections on morality. They raised public and social issues, expressed their understanding of the changes and events taking place in life and their meaning. The article formulates the importance of philosophical, anthropological and social thought in the formation of self-improvement strategies reflected in zhyrau. It provides an analysis of philosophical and anthropological arguments in the poetry of zhyrau.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. While studying the presented problem, we relied on works and documents, having studied which we were able to trace the processes of resettlement and adaptation of Koreans on the territory of Kazakhstan. The article highlights the stages of resettlement and adaptation of Koreans in Kazakhstan in the pre-revolutionary era, in the early years of Soviet power, during the deportation period in 1937-1938, and in the post-war years. Along with the stages of resettlement and the number of migrants, the types of adaptation are described in detail: economic, social, and cultural. The process of development of agriculture by Koreans in Kazakhstan, in particular rice farming, as well as fishing, is shown. Household adaptation is described in detail, which provided for the construction of dwellings adapted to the natural and climatic conditions of Kazakhstan, and the creation of Korean settlements. Attention is also paid to cultural and educational adaptation: the emergence of schools and other educational institutions, theaters, and the development of literature and periodicals. The socio-cultural relations of migrants with the indigenous population are highlighted. In conclusion, the conclusion is presented that, despite various historical events, Koreans were able to adapt to local conditions and actively engage in creative work for the development of Kazakhstan. When studying the history of the formation and development of the Koreans of Kazakhstan at the end of the 19-20th centuries, and the peculiarities of its cultural and social development, it is necessary to consider the basic layer of mentality that developed in the historical conditions of the former places of residence, as well as the ideological traits acquired in the tsarist and Soviet times. The Korean diaspora of Kazakhstan in the process of its development and formation at the end of the 19-20th centuries turned into a stable component of the demographic, socio-economic, political, and cultural life of the republic, showing an example of the successful adaptation of an ethnic group in a foreign cultural environment. The materials are of practical value since the application of this experience by the government will undoubtedly become the basis for practical application in the field of creating an atmosphere of interethnic harmony.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. The author draws attention to the peculiarities of developing a new literary trend and creates a connection with the writing activities of the person under study. In the study, the author primarily describes a brief biography of the person, the war period and difficulties in the creative path. It shows that the writer worked on writings with historical overtones in the detective genre, using secret documents. As a result, they emphasized that representatives of the higher leaders of government agencies persecuted him. When studying the topic, using Kemel Tokayev as an example, one can see that there are specific problems in the society and power structures of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, despite the cultural boom and communist ideology. The author provides new information about the writer’s life, based on Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s memoir work and personal correspondence between his father and son. The article uses archival documents, photos from the private fund of Kemel Tokayev of the Central State Archive and the National Academic Library, and materials from the periodical press of Independent Kazakhstan. The scientific work pays special attention to the significant contribution by Kemel Tokayev to Kazakh literature. It evaluates him as a worthy representative of the liberal community of his people, who deserves a decent place on the pages of a challenging test history. The author concludes that the emergence, formation and development of a new adventure genre in Kazakh literature are directly related to the name of Kemel Tokayev.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. With the intensification of the development of any humanitarian science and not only science, the processes, and trends of the need to revise its paradigm and fundamental provisions – goals, objectives, subject, object, and other basic justification are natural. Archaeology is no exception – now, in the academic environment of the archaeological world, the question of revising the place of archaeology in the science system is increasingly being raised, or at least determining an archaeology clear stance in the circle of historical science, up to its separation into an independent unit. In this regard, the aspect of the perception and interpretation of archaeology by the mother science now – history - is also of no small importance. In the article presented to attention, an attempt is made to analyze the key points of a possible paradigm shift and an attempt is made to determine the relationship of historical science to archaeology in the context of assessing its separation probability. The main difference in the treatment of the latter aspect is that, in addition to archaeologists' scientific opinions, representatives' views of historical science themselves are considered, including from the standpoint of possible rejection of archeology on its part due to potential disagreements in the above-mentioned cornerstone scientific aspects. The authors present their own perspective on archaeology's place within the historical disciplines, concluding, among other things, that it is necessary to develop theoretical and methodological developments that consider regional and other characteristics of a particular geographical area, country, etc.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. Nogaibayeva","doi":"10.32523/2616-7255-2022-140-3-74-88","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32523/2616-7255-2022-140-3-74-88","url":null,"abstract":"The article examines the historical thought and tradition of oral history of the Golden Horde period, as well as traditional historiography. It analyzes the relationship, and features of the Steppe oral history and the traditions of written history, and considers the nature, specifics of formation, and continuity of the historiography of the Golden Horde (traditions of narration, writing history). The peculiarity of the formation of the Golden Horde historical tradition is determined by the study of nature and relations between the oral historical narrative tradition and the written culture in the Steppe. The history-telling and writing tradition developed in the Golden Horde state is distinguished as a synthesis of oral and written historical traditions. The works by Utemish Khadzhi and Abulgazi Bahadur Khan can be regarded as a real embodiment of the oral historical tradition, which was formed and developed in the era of the Golden Horde. The traditional historiography of the Golden Horde is also characterized by works of written culture along with samples of oral history or folklore. It is obvious that the written historical tradition of the traditional historiography of the Golden Horde was in accordance with the Turkic-Muslim written tradition that was widespread at that time but was formed mainly under the influence of the oral history tradition. It should be concluded that the specificity of the Golden Horde historiographical tradition is determined by the inclusion in the historiography of the history of individual clans, the biographies of local saints, and famous characters, which are narrated in legends. Over time, this tradition entered the Muslim picture of the world and historiography. The spread of this tradition and penetration into the consciousness of the Turkic people was facilitated by its proximity to the systems of folklore and epic genres. Features of historical reality, characteristic of the Eastern Desht-i-Kipchak of the 13th-15th centuries, are most clearly manifested in the traditional oral historiography of the Golden Horde in comparison with classical written sources. In the works of representatives of traditional historiography, along with the external content of historical reality, its internal meaning is also reflected.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N. The study attempts to determine the state of health care in Central Kazakhstan and to assess the peculiarities of its development, achievements, and shortcomings in the studied period. The article used the documentary materials of the State Archive of the Russian Federation, and the Central State and Regional Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A comparative analysis of archival data with the materials of oral interviews conducted by the author with medical specialists (doctors, nurses) who worked in the healthcare system during the study period and Kazakh villagers of Karkaraly, Ulytau, Shet, Zhanaarkinsky, Nurinsky, Aktogay and other districts of the region was carried out. Summing up, the authors noted that the health care of the rural population in the 1970s - 1985 and its level grew every year and had positive dynamics. But the contradictions arising in connection with the specifics and complexities of Kazakhstan's rural life have largely not found their solution. The fact that the State focused on health care only on the problem of combating the consequences of diseases, and not on identifying and eliminating the causes, led to the fact that the issues of systemic provision of an adequate level of medical care to the rural population, especially in remote areas, were not resolved and gave rise to new problems and difficulties. The processing and analysis of published studies and sources were carried out using general scientific and special methods of historical science, which allowed us to characterize the health status of the villagers of the Central Kazakhstan region and the influence of the Soviet Kazakh rural health care on it in everyday life.","PeriodicalId":117377,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the L.N.
