I find that corporate performance is positively related to the percentage of equity-based compensation to total compensation. I also find that equity-based compensation has a positive impact on the company's financial performance, and higher than on the market performance. In this paper, the influence of urbanization on the citypsilas living water demand is analyzed. The indexes indicating urbanization were carefully chosen, and by studying the historical data of the city living water demand a simple partial least-squares (PLS) regression was constructed. The topology structure of evolutionary algorithm based BP (EABP) neural network is described, the principle of EABP neural network is introduced,and the implement step of EABP neural network is given. The combination algorithm is applied to risk evaluating for the engineering item, and its result is compared with that of conventional BP neural network. The development process becomes so complicated that a CASE environment is requested to support some mechanisms: mass tools integration, staff cooperation, process management, extensive data sharing, data management etc. So it comes naturally that not only mass, cooperating integrative development tools, but also the management environment with the ability to accomplish the above-mentioned tasks are in great demand. UML (Unified Modeling language) is one of the latest achievements in the field of software engineering these years. Basing on the experience of process engineering, we are constructing a development and management environment supporting UML. We’ll discuss in detail how this environment effectively supports the object-oriented (OO) development process based on UML, and how this environment satisfies the characteristics listed above. Based on the methods in manufacturing information theory, taking regional small and medium-sized enterprises as application background, the author studies modeling and application of networked manufacturing system, designs the evaluation index system of dynamic alliance, proposes a new kind of evaluation index system based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm, implements the algorithm and synthetic evaluation model of dynamic alliance manufacturing resource based on fuzzy algorithm, studies and evaluates the harmoniousness of dynamic alliance combined with harmony theory and constructs a harmonious, steady dynamic alliance enterprises set. And then, the results of these assessments should be put as a “different sources, used to assess sample” multi-channel information, and the information be integrated in order to get the assessment results of the entire sample space based on D-S theory. On the basis of the rural population of Shaanxi Province, this paper utilizes trip questionnaires to conduct an actual investigation into the trip condition of 1700 families, 7253 persons altogether, in order to sum up trip times, trip distance, trip mode and trip time distribution. In addition, it analyses the correlative factors which affect the trip of rural population. The result indicates that daily average trip times of the rural population is 0.07 times per person; the trip distance in the range of 8km accounts for about 75%, and Walk and bicycle-based trip mode, a small quantity of rural people travelled by motor and bus. Meanwhile, it’s proved that daily trip can be divided into three intervals, while the three corresponding trip number of rural population has shown decreasing tendency in sequence. Moreover, busy farming seasons and traditional festivals have deep effect on the distribution of trip months in the whole year.
