The MRAS-based approach can identify the machine parameters according to different operation conditions, optimizing the stator current constantly and improving the motor efficiency. The system is composed of a number of PV units in series and then connected to utility grid. The topology of this type is meaningful for low voltage (LV) devices to integrate into medium voltage (MV) or high voltage (HV) grid. The proposed decentralized control ensures independent control of each PV unit without communication, and PVs in the cascaded system operate as current controlled voltage sources (CCVS), achieving maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of each PV unit and synchronizing the frequency with the utility grid all the time, regardless of the random change of PV output current. System stability and dynamic performance are analyzed via small signal modeling. Motivated by an existing approach for fault detection of turnouts and to deal with its demerits, a hybrid feature extraction method is given, which extracts information in both time and frequency domains, then support vector machine (SVM) is further used to classify the extracted hybrid features. Compared with the existing method, only using the starting point of the last falling edge in the feature extraction can reduce the influence of inaccurate locations or misdetections of edges, and introducing low frequency characteristics into features makes them sensitive to more types of faults. A solution with case study is proposed to accomplish deep-level quality management based on big data analytics. First, the implementation of big data analytics based on industrial process data is illustrated with case study illustration. Through the analysis and feature extraction of off-line data, the corresponding reference model library is constructed, which can be used for real-time processing of unlabeled data in the industrial field. The cluster, outlier and other data indicators we can get from the calculation and analysis would have a certain guiding significance for the enterprise's deep-level quality management. Then, the distributed memory computing engine based on Spark, and the implementation of web application platform based on Spring MVC framework is also described. This can help to get higher performance and unrestricted abilities for data analytics. However, with the increase of recognition number and speech features number, the rate of model training and recognition is significantly reduced. In order to solve the problem, a new weighted clustering algorithm is proposed, which use “one to one” SVM model to reduce the model complexity. In training model stage, this paper adopts sequential minimal optimization (SMO) algorithm and quadratic programming and heuristic method to select variables speeding up the model training. In identification stage, use k-means and linear programming combined way to get each person's recognition score. Currently, the technologies in human-vehicle collaborative driving face great challenges, and do not consider the Human-in-the-loop learning framework and Driving Decision-Maker optimization under the complex road conditions. The main content of this paper aimed at presenting a study framework as follows: (1) the basic theory and model of the hybrid reinforcement learning; (2) hybrid reinforcement learning algorithm for human drivers; (3)hybrid reinforcement learning algorithm for autopilot; (4) Driving decision-maker verification platform. This paper aims at setting up the human-machine hybrid reinforcement learning theory framework and foreseeing its solutions to two kinds of typical difficulties about human-machine collaborative Driving Decision-Maker, which provides the basic theory and key technologies for the future of intelligent driving.
