In order to avoid dimension disaster and solve multi-classification problem, use decision directed acyclic graph (DDAG) algorithm combined with each kernel function, and map the training samples into high dimension space utilizing the statistic learning theory. Then compare different performance of each kernel function referring to the actual process data, and select the proper one to construct diagnosis classifier. Three kinds of agents are used in the model: manager agent (MA), monitoring agent (MOA), and discovery-routing agents (DRA). MOAs of a node in a network are employed to monitor resources (such as transmit power, battery life, bandwidth, reliability, one-hop delay), whereas DRAs discover the links between the mobile nodes, perform routing information fusion and build pre-computed paths so that mobile users can communicate with each other based on the requirements (power/bandwidth/reliability/bandwidth-delay aware) of the network users. MA manages the activities of the discovery and routing agency. The model ensures network connectivity even under the conditions of uncontrolled mobility of nodes. Model has been simulated to test its operation effectiveness. It exploits an automatic, hybrid, symbolic approach to acquire conceptual knowledge and construct flexible and dynamic ontologies from scratch. This approach starts from a small kernel and learns concepts, taxonomic and non-taxonomic relations and axioms from natural language texts. The focus of this paper is on extraction of concepts and conceptual (taxonomic and non-taxonomic) relations using linguistic and template-driven methods. In this paper, the author will first present a brief overview on ontology learning systems and then describing the life cycle for the ontology learning and building process in Haiti, the knowledge extraction process will be discussed in more details. Controller optimization and tuning of a benchmark multivariable system is addressed to demonstrate merits of the proposed algorithm. Reported results indicate effectiveness of the introduced comprehensive objective function, which fines any violence from desired region defined for the time response of the system in different channels, simultaneously, in addition to the control effort used by the decentralized control system. It is shown that PSO is an effective algorithm in finding the optimal solution for the given problem. The proposed algorithm and PSO method have the ability of being applied to high dimensional industrial applications.
