The whistleblowing system is expected to detect fraud, especially against violations of the code of ethics, corruption, transfer of assets and financial reports. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, internal audit, whistleblowing system on fraud prevention. This research uses quantitative methods. Data sources were obtained from secondary data and secondary data were obtained from annual reports and reports on corporate governance perception index. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of good corporate governance has a significant effect on fraud prevention. Internal audit and whistleblowing system variables have no effect on fraud prevention. The article takes 51 listed companies in the power industry in China as the research object, uses financial data from the first quarter of 2016 to the fourth quarter of 2020 as observations, and uses operating performance as measurement indicator to measure the reasonable level of industry micro-level leverage, and tries to provide more accurate guidance for the power industry's deleveraging activities, so as to promote its goal of reducing leverage, stabilizing leverage, and optimizing leverage, thereby achieving high-quality and stable development of China's power industry. Through empirical research such as panel regression and panel threshold regression, it is found that the reasonable threshold of the leverage ratio of the power industry is 44.66%, and there is an \"inverted U\" relationship between the leverage ratio of the power industry and operating performance. Based on the research conclusions,several suggestions are put forward:1.Appropriate debt management and optimization of debt methods;2. This model considers five factors namely market, size, value, profitability and investment in explaining the cross-sectional variations. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the world economy experienced a huge impact. It is an important and hot topic to study the changes in the world economy before and after the pandemic. The research subject of this paper is the US stock market of the Meals Industry, and the data is selected from May 2019 to December 2020 regarding March 1st, 2020 as the flashpoint to perform multiple regression. The results have shown that the five-factor model fits well after the pandemic and the industry prefers stocks with small-cap, high book-to-market ratio, high profitability and aggressive investment style. While this research aims to propose a new risk-based explanation of short-term reversal, and test it by using market data collected from Chinese stock market. We employ the classic Jegadeesh and Titman (1993) method to form reversal portfolios and regress excess returns onto risk factors. Tests results show that short-term reversal strategy captures dynamic risk exposures to the Aumann-Serrano index and other factors, and risk exposures to common factors are sources of reversal profits. From May 2005 to May 2020, reversal portfolio generates a monthly excess return of 2.10% (t-stat=2.14) on average, and extracting risk exposures to risk factors subsequently reduces its profitability to 1.61% (t-stat=1.56) per month. Tanzania provides an accessibility of maritime transport and seaport services to its surrounding landlocked nations of Zambia, Burundi, Malawi, Uganda, Rwanda, the Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe. Tanzania is a maritime state which containing the coastline of 1424 km. Coastline involves major and small seaports, major seaports in Tanzania includes Dar es Salaam, Tanga and Mtwara seaports while small seaports in Tanzania are Kilwa, Lindi, and Mafia seaports. Tanzania seaports have hybrid seaport management model which combined both public service and landlord governance model. This hybrid of a seaport management model faces several challenges. The absence of standalone regulator of seaports, high seaport tariffs, poor seaport service quality, low maritime education and skills of seaport staff, increased bribery level, low seaport efficiency, seaport congestion and too long average container dwell time are identified as challenges facing the existing hybrid seaport management model in Tanzania. The overall scale of China's live streaming retailing was estimated to reach 1,050 billion RMB in 2020 [1]. As live streaming retailing flourishes, answers to the following questions are crucial for brands, retailers, and streamers: Who like live streaming retailing? What aspects do consumers care about? What marketing strategies should retailers and streamers use to attract consumers? Prior researches mainly explore the motivations of consumers’ watching and engagement behaviors in live streams from the perspective of the technology acceptance and consumers’ social needs. This study further explores consumers’ actual purchasing behaviors in the context of live streaming retailing and brings marketing strategies into consideration. A questionnaire survey towards 222 consumers who watch Taobao live streams frequently and an interview to a streamer with over 500,000 fans on Taobao are conducted to solve the above three questions. First, this paper identifies the demographic factors contributing to consumers’ watching and purchasing behaviors in live streams. Second, this paper presents further analysis of consumers’ diverse behaviors in the clothing and beauty products categories: Beauty product lovers care about the streamers’ popularity the most, and clothing product lovers rank price as the number one factor. Third, this paper studies the marketing strategies of streamers. Limited discounts appear to be the most effective way to increase consumers’ watching and purchasing behaviors. This correlational online survey research is the first to explore the relationship between brand core value and online purchase intention. This study identified the brand core value as three dimensions that influence online purchase intention. Using a simple random sampling, 200 Xiaomi online customers completed an online survey. All scales were examined for reliability, construct, validity, and convergent validity. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. Findings indicated that the factor of brand core value should be revised and classified into rational value and emotional value. Brand core value had a significantly positive effect on online purchase intention. The relative order of importance of these predictors was rational value and emotional value. In this paper, a number of industry indicators that have an important impact on the economy are selected, and normalization, interpolation, and PCA operations are performed on them. Based on the MF-LSTM neural network, this paper analyzes the many-to-one correlation between industry indicators and macroeconomic indicators. Furthermore, based on the WNN neural network, wavelet analysis is used to predict the impact of macroeconomic indicators on people's livelihood indicators under time series.
