The fluctuation of renewable energy sources (RS) and multiple load demands, i.e. Electrical, Thermal and cooling, challenges the CCHP based MG efficient economic operation. For diverse operating situations adaptability and to enhance the reliability and economic performance, the deep reinforcement learning (DRL) is proposed for CCHP based MG in this article. To reduce the operational cost (OC) and improve the energy utilization the MG model is presented on base of Markov Decision Process (MDP). For further enhancement and applicability to energy management concern of MG an improve DRL algorithm called Distributed proximal policy optimization (DPPO) is introduce. To find the optimal policies, the MG operator (agent) will be trained for diverse operating situation for the efficient response to emergency conditions. Simulations are carried out and the merits of proposed model is presented in results.","PeriodicalId":115174,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115245336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Crucial to the compensation performance of the filter is the identification of the reference current. In the design process, explicit consideration of the elements of the reference current is necessary to achieve harmonic current cancellation, reactive power compensation, load balancing and neutral current compensation. Upstream poor quality supply voltage compromises the identification process and thus the compensation effectiveness. In this paper, a review is made of the significance of the elements that make up the reference current and their consideration or limitation in various reference identification methods.","PeriodicalId":115174,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128389510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So to this day, many people are working on using leg-based robots for complex locomotion tasks. It is tractable and difficult to achieve the agile locomotion of quadruped robots. Conventional controllers always need a lot of professional experience and lots of time to debug and tune the parameters. Deep reinforcement learning(DRL) can learn the effective skills from trails directly in practice, which holds the promising to overcome the limitation of the conventional controllers. Therefore, we have surveyed the current research working on learning locomotion skills via DRL techniques; and compare two commonly used DRL algorithms to learn the locomotion skills on a constructed simulation task.","PeriodicalId":115174,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133023382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Coherent optical communication systems based on advanced modulation format have been extensively studied to improve transmission capacity. High-order modulation format requires a better signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for signal receiving. However, the various damages in transmission links would decrease SNR. In this paper, digital signal processing (DSP) techniques are investigated to compensate signal damages, including Time-domain equalization (TDE) algorithm to compensate chromatic dispersion (CD), constant mode algorithm (CMA) and direct decision least mean square (DD-LMS) algorithm to compensate polarization mode dispersion (PMD), fourth power algorithm to correct frequency deviation, Viterbi & Viterbi and Blind Phase Search (BPS) algorithms to estimate phase noise. Moreover, constellation shaping technology is also discussed to make the transmission capacity closer to Shannon limit.","PeriodicalId":115174,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129147718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is difficult to segment complex substation scenes with a large number of substation equipment. In this paper, we propose a substation equipment image dataset. On this dataset, we train and evaluate substation equipment segmentation models based on mask-RCNN. The experimental results show that our model has more than 69.1% mAp in the verification set, and has good segmentation effect in different scenes and lighting conditions. We also try to introduce the automatic data augmentation into the model training to expand the dataset and further improve the model performance, but the experimental results show that using more data augmentation methods cannot improve the model’s mAP. In addition, based on a smaller bimodal dataset of visible light and temperature map, we compare the effect of the instance segmentation models based on visible light and temperature map. The experimental results show that the segmentation model based on visible light is more accurate than the temperature map model.","PeriodicalId":115174,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131349365","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It’s an important subject to optimize the regulation and control of reactive power resources with reactive power auxiliary services pricing. Firstly, this paper adopts a three-section pricing theory based on market principle of ancillary services. Secondly cost of reactive power ancillary services is analyzed under leading phase operation and lag phase operation. Finally, multi-objective reactive power optimization model is proposed considering cost of reactive power ancillary services in electricity market.
