Population growth can be controlled through the Family Planning program, by offering various types of contraceptive method options. The process of selecting a contraceptive device depends on a number of factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the husband's knowledge and support about family planning in the selection of contraceptive methods. This research method is a cross sectional study approach, the number of respondents is 92 husbands of women of childbearing age in the working area of the Jayengan Public Health Center, Surakarta City. Data analysis using chi square test. Of the 92 respondents, the majority had poor knowledge and did not provide support in choosing a contraceptive method, as many as 39 people (69.6%) and 25 people (59.4%) who had good knowledge and provided support in choosing a contraceptive method. The results of the statistical test P = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, this indicates that there is a relationship between husband's knowledge of family planning and husband's support for family planning. choice of contraceptive method. One indicator of a nation's health status is AKI (Maternal Mortality Rate) and IMR (Infant Mortality Rate). MMR and IMR are still a big problem for the Indonesian people so that maternal and child health services are a top priority in health development in Indonesia. The focus of normal delivery care is clean and safe delivery and prevent complications (PP IBI, 2016). Spontaneous perineal tear is a tear in the space in the form of a parallelogram located below the pelvic floor that occurs naturally without any action during delivery.The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of perineal laceration during delivery at PMB Ngudi Saras Jaten, Karanganyar. Descriptive observational research method. The population in this study was 72 people the sampling technique used was \"total sampling\" where all the population was sampled. The results: of the 72 respondents who experienced the occurrence of penineal lacerations, the most were grade 2 perineal lacerations as many as 61 people (84.7%), perineal lacerations grade 1 there were 3 people (4.2%), there were no perineal lacerations/intact. 8 people ( 11.1% ). Decreased levels of estrogen and progesterone cause both physical and psychological changes. Menopause will interfere with physical and psychological health which can have long-term effects if not treated seriously, so that it can cause women entering menopause to experience anxiety. Psychological complaints are very individual in nature and can be influenced by socio-cultural, educational, environmental and economic factors. Anxiety experienced by women approaching the age of menopause, one of which is due to concerns in dealing with situations that have never been experienced before and anxiety about things that may arise such as physical complaints in the form of sweating at night, headaches, cessation of sexual desire, feeling no longer beautiful, so that it is feared that it will affect her husband's and social relations. This study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of premenopausal mothers with anxiety facing menopause in Bangsri Karangpandan Village. The research design used was an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study amounted to 49 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi Square statistical test. The results of statistical tests using Chi Square showed that the p value was 0.000 <0.05 and the contingency coefficient value C = 0.560, the closeness in this study is the sufficient contingency coefficient. There is a relationship between knowledge and anxiety facing menopause in Bangsri Karangpandan Village in 2021. The government has made various improvement efforts but has not made significant progress. The problem of maternal mortality and infant mortality is related to various factors such as access, human resources, population (level of education, socio-cultural factors, poverty, purchasing power and population density), as well as policies that regulate and strive for affordability of access to health human resources and policies on population (PP IBI, 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education level and implementation of early detection of risk pregnancies by Posyandu cadres in Jaten Village, Karanganyar. Analytical observational research method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 192 posyandu cadres in Jaten village, the sampling technique used was \"accidental sampling\" where 54 people filled out the questionnaire. The results of the study on the Education Level of Respondents Most of the respondents had an adequate education level (SMA), namely 42 respondents (77.8%), the implementation of early detection of risk pregnancies by posyandu cadres, most of the respondents had good early detection applications, namely 41 respondents (75.8%) , the results of the cross-tabulation analysis with the Chi-square test, the result is the p value = 0.000. Family planning services are one of the strategies to support the acceleration of reducing the Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR). The Family Planning Program run by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN) has so far produced quite good results in controlling the birth rate. Currently, the number of active family planning participants is only 57.2 percent of the target of 61.2 percent. The spread of the Covid-19 outbreak throughout the world, including Indonesia, has affected various aspects, including the Family Planning Program service. This condition raises concerns about a surge in baby births or a baby boom after the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge on the selection of contraceptive methods in women of reproductive age in Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Karangpandan Kabupaten Karanganyar. The method used is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in Desa Bangsri Karangpandan in March - October 2021. The sample of this study was women of reproductive age who were willing to become research respondents as many as 30 respondents. The better the level of independence in the elderly in carrying out daily living activities, the better the quality of life for the elderly and vice versa. The higher the dependency level of the elderly, the more passive the elderly will be, so that it can increase the prevalence of degenerative diseases (Aprilian 2021). This study aims to analyze the effect of daily living activity on increasing the prevalence of degenerative diseases in women during the climacteric period in Ngringin Hamlet, Bangsri, Karangpandan. The type of research used is observational analytic. The sampling technique used was \"Purposive Sampling\" with a sample of 33 respondents and was carried out in Dukuh Ngringin, Bangsri, Karangpandan. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study show the exact sig value. 2-sided whose probability value = 0.006.
