Dalam proses pembelajaran perlu adanya strategi belajar dan juga media yang diperlukan. Strategi belajar yang akan dibahas pada artikel ini yaitu pendekatan konstruktivisme yang merupakan salah satu dari model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL). Pendekatan konstruktivisme merupakan pendekatan yang menekan siswa lebih aktif dengan demikian siswa lebih bebas dan dapat membangun kreativitas siswa secara mandiri maupun bersama-sama (Saefudin, 2008). Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan media pembelajaran yang digunakan pun semakin bervariasi. Sistem pembelajaran online adalah media pembelajaran yang akan di teliti. Pendekatan pembelajaran mobile merupakan media yang paling efektif dan efisien pada era industri 4.0. Dari pendekatan konstruktivisme berbasis pembelajaran mobile diharapkan siswa dapat meningkatkan kreativitasnya dan menambah pemahaman dari materi yang disampaikan melalui menganalisis dan mencari kesimpulan dari sebuah masalah.Kata Kunci: Konstuktivisme; Inovasi; Mobile Learning; kreativitas AbstractThe purpose of making this literature review article is to utilize mobile learning by linking constructivism approaches so that students can develop well and can increase their potential, with which students can be creative freely without any pressure and always use mobile learning wisely. In the learning process there is a need for learning strategies and also the media needed. The learning strategy that will be discussed in this paper is the constructivism approach which is one of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning models. The constructivism approach is a learning approach that invites students to think and construct in solving a problem together so that an accurate solution is obtained. As the development of technology in the world of education the learning media used are even more varied. The learning media used in research are mobile learning systems. Mobile learning systems are the most effective and efficient media in the industrial era 4.0. Model ini ditujukan untuk melihat bagaimana M-Learning dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran formal dalam membantu mahasiswa mencapai kebutuhannya, yaitu keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran dan nilai akhir yang didapatkan setelah melaksanakan proses perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design and Development (D n D) yang diperkenalkan oleh Richey and Klein (2007) untuk mengembangkan sebuah model. Berdasarkan pendekatan yang digunakan, penelitian ini menggunakan tiga fase. Fase pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan menggunakan survei berupa kuesioner kepada 220 orang mahasiswa untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan apa saja yang diperlukan dalam menerapkan M-Learning. Kemudian data yang berhasil diperoleh pada fase ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Fase kedua adalah proses mengembangkan model dengan menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) yang melibatkan beberapa kelompok pakar ahli. Fase ketiga yaitu bekerjasama dengan kelompok ahli sebanyak 48 orang ahli untuk menilai M-Learning yang sedang dikembangkan menggunakan Teknik Fuzzy Delphi yang diberikan sedikit modifikasi. Penilaian tersebut didasarkan pada pendapat dan jawaban para ahli yang tercantum dalam tujuh kuesioner yang diberikan dengan menggunakan skala likert.Kata Kunci: M-Learning, Fuzzy Delphi, ISM. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to develop a model for applying M-Learning based on learning activities in teacher education programs. This model is used to see how M-Learning can be used to support formal learning in helping students achieve their needs, namely in the learning process and the costs needed for the lecture process. This study uses the Design and Development (D n D) approach introduced by Richey and Klein (2007) to develop a model. Based on the nature of the approach, this study uses three phases. The first phase is needs analysis which is carried out using a questionnaire survey for 220 students to identify what is needed in implementing M-Learning. Then the data that was obtained at this stage was analyzed using descriptive statistics. The second phase is the process of developing models using the Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) method which focuses on several expert groups. The third phase is a combination of an expert group of 48 experts to assess M-Learning which is being developed using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique which is given a little modification. Ilmu pengetahuan sendiri muncul dari pengalaman, pengamatan, serta akal pikiran manusia sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Dengan demikian, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan lahir karena adanya pemikiran yang lebih logis dan sesuai dengan keadaan yang sedang terjadi. Ilmu Perpustakaan dan informasi pun mengalami perkembangan sesuai dengan kondisi era dan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perubahan aktivitas. Perubahan yang terjadi akan berdampak pula pada pelaksanaan pendidikan yang harus menyesuaikan dengan fenomena dan kemajuan bidangnya. Program studi harus merancang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan keadaan serta mengarah pada arus perkembangan ilmu perpustakaan dan informasi. Tidak semua perkembangan hadir dengan sendirinya, sehingga setiap faktor yang mempengaruhi adanya perubahan sebaiknya diamati dan ditelusuri. Penelitian-penelitian terkait keilmuan perpustakaan dan informasi saat ini meluap sejalan dengan pola pikir manusia, kebutuhan, dan perkembangan zaman. Maka perlu diketahui topik-topik yang banyak dikaji pada suatu penelitian agar pemilihan topik lebih terstruktur, merata, dan muncul inovasi-inovasi baru. Artikel ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur untuk mengetahui topik yang banyak diteliti serta untuk melihat kontribusi kajian bibliometrik dalam menganalisis literatur sebagai penunjang analisis pengembangan kurikulum bidang perpustakaan dan informasi. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur tersebut adalah topik penelitian yang banyak dikaji pada bidang keilmuan perpustakaan dan informasi adalah mengenai perpustakaan dengan sub topik layanan, perpustakaan, pemustaka, teknologi perpustakaan, dan perpustakaan digital.Kata Kunci: Bibliometrik; Analisis kurikulum; Perpustakaan dan informasi AbstractThe development of science plays a role as an improvement and refinement of knowledge that can be useful for all aspects of society. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang mulai sering digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan salah satunya adalah Big Data. Seorang pustakawan bernama Fremont Rider yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat tepatnya di Westleyan University pada tahun 1944 telah memperkirakan bahwa volume koleksi universitas di Amerika Serikat tidak akan mencapai 200 juta kopi pada tahun 2040 mendatang. Pada akhirnya, ia memaparkan beberapa isu tentang penggunan data yang cukup besar, kapasitas dalam penyimpanan, dan juga kebutuhan untuk menganalisis data. Hambatan tersebut dapat berupa siswa sulit menerjemahkan materi yang disampaikan guru karena penjelasan yang diberikan terlalu abstrak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan adanya media dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sesuai. Keberadaan media pembelajaran memberikan kemudahan bagi guru untuk menyampaikan konten pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran dituntut untuk selalu berkembang mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi agar mampu menghadirkan suasana kelas yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Media yang dapat digunakan salah satunya yaitu media video. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut terkait pemanfaatan media video dalam penyampaian konten pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur atas hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diperoleh bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis video dapat menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang dimanfaatkan oleh guru sebagai upaya untuk menyampaikan konten pembelajaran yang akan disampaikan dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran; Video; Video Pembelajaran AbstractIn the learning process, students often encounter obstacles. These obstacles can be in the form of students having difficulty translating the material presented by the teacher because the explanation given is too abstract. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have media in achieving appropriate learning objectives. The existence of learning media makes it easy for teachers to deliver learning content. Learning media are required to always develop following the development of science and technology in order to be able to present a classroom atmosphere that is in accordance with the times. One of the media that can be used is video media. This study tries to study further related to the use of video media in the delivery of learning content in the learning process. This study uses a literature study method on the results of previous studies. Perkembangan globalisasi yang menghadirkan Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang menyebabkan persaingan bebas disegala sektor dan tidak luput di sektor pendidikan. Indonesia merupakan negara ASEAN, yang berarti harus mempersiapkan masyarakat dengan kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam bersaing di dunia kerja. Selain itu, juga harus mempersiapkan pendidik (guru) lokal memiliki profesionalisme yang tinggi yang dapat bersaing dengan tenaga asing. Salah satu upaya pemerintah adalah menciptakan program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) di sektor pendidikan. Memiliki guru yang berkualitas adalah harapan setiap masyarakat agar dapat menciptakan lulusan-lulusan yang berkualitas yang mampu bersaing baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Salah satu PPG yang dapat menjembatani dengan dunia internasional adalah PPG bahasa Inggris, dimana lulusan-lulusan yangberkualitas dapat mengaplikasikan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dapat lahir dari seorang guru yang memiliki kompetensi berbahasa Inggris dengan baik dan benar.Kata Kunci: Tuntutan dunia kerja; MEA; PPG; Guru dan Lulusan yang berkualitas AbstractThe demands of the world of work are increasingly making people rack their brains, in order to realize their dreams. The development of globalization that presents the Asean Economic Community (MEA) in the midst of society that causes free competition in all sectors and does not escape the education sector. Indonesia is an ASEAN country, which means it must prepare people with the ability and skills to compete in the world of work. In addition, it must also prepare local educators (teachers) to have high professionalism who can compete with foreign workers. One of the government's efforts is to create a teacher professional education (PPG) program in the education sector. Having quality teachers is the hope of every society in order to create quality graduates who are able to compete both nationally and internationally. Dalam perkembangannya, terdapat sejumlah tantangan dan hambatan. Demikian pula, sektor pendidikan mempunyai kondisi yang sama. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Kepariwisataan memiliki kompetensi meliputi Sikap, Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Keprofesian Guru. Kegiatan akademik semester pertama lokakarya pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, presentasi hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, dan peer-teaching, serta pendalaman atau penguatan materi bidang studi/keahlian. Kegiatan akademik semester kedua berupa Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dan bagi PPG kejuruan ada kegiatan praktik di industri. In its development, there are a number of challenges and obstacles. Likewise, the education sector has the same conditions. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a Tourism Professional Teacher Education (PPG) program that has competencies covering attitudes, knowledge and professional skills of teachers. The academic activities of the first semester are workshops on developing learning tools, presentations of the results of developing learning tools, and peer teaching, as well as deepening or strengthening material in the field of study/skills. The second semester academic activities are in the form of Field Experience Practice (PPL), Classroom Action Research (PTK), and for vocational PPG, there are practical activities in industry.
