FEA simulation of SAW devices helps to optimize them and permits obtaining an overview on the features of the surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagating over the substrate. In this paper, a 2D FEA simulation of two types of SAW delay lines achieved under COMSOL Multiphysics is discussed. We have modeled one port and two ports SAW delay lines using Al/AlN/Si SAW structures working both at a frequency of 439.5 MHz. The SAWs responses in terms of reflection S11(t) and transmission S21(t) scattering parameters in time domain, were obtained by inverse Fourier transforms (IFFT) performed on the frequency signals S11(f) and S21(f) resulting from frequency domain analysis achieved in COMSOL. The effect of some design parameters like: the number of IDT (Inter digital transducers) electrodes (Np), the number of Bragg reflectors (NB) and the distance (LB) between Bragg reflectors and the IDTs, on the S 11(t) and S 21(t) characteristics was studied, for the one port reflective delay line. Added to that, the delay (DDelay) between the emitter and the receiver of the two ports delay line was investigated. The adaptive fuzzy models are employed to online approximate some uncertain smooth functions. Correspondingly, the dynamic surface control (DSC) concept is introduced to effectively cope with the well-known issue of “explosion of complexity” intrinsically related to backstepping methodology. The problem of state constraints is solved by using a suitable barrier Lyapunov function (BLF). To practically deal with unmatched disturbances, disturbance observers are designed. The proposed controller ensures the convergence of the output tracking error to an arbitrarily tiny neighborhood of the origin, boundedness of all closed-loop signals and no-violation of the predefined state constraints. In 2021, following the pandemic COVID-19, learners across the country have had the opportunity to experience online modes of learning. Therefore, in the current study, an attempt has been carried out to develop a new paradigm of learning, known as ubiquitous learning or U-learning (UL), which is supported by ubiquitous computing technologies. Ubiquitous learning has become an economic and scientific issue, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the paper also aims to provide fundamental information related to U-learning as the definition and characteristics of U-learning and the areas of the most common applications in our daily lives. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different protocols in HWSN (Heterogeneous wireless sensor networks) we have proposed a communication protocol: LBCMH (Load- Balancing based Clustering Multipath routing protocol for Heterogeneous sensor networks in environmental applications (e-applications) with the objectives of a fair distribution of the CHs in the network, the load balancing of the CHs and the self-organization of the nodes in a distributed manner. After having detailed the functioning of our protocol, we present the realization of the simulations by the NS3 simulator, whose objective is to allow us to compare the results of our LBCMH(Load-Balancing based Clustering Multipath routing protocol for HWSN) with the two protocols WBCHN and to assess the efficacy of the proposed LBCMH protocol ((Weight based clustering in wireless sensor networks) [9] and DEACP (Distributed Energy efficient Adaptive Clustering Protocol) [10]. We thus take into account several metrics for the performance evaluation of our contribution. Thus, Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) is a crucial technique-based to support, monitor and control integration profiles in corporate health systems. This work proposes a methodology for integrating health laboratory system within the Base Frame of Algerian E-health System based on a Business Process Management (BPM) approach while respecting the specifications of the IHE profile and the corresponding standards. This integration increases the quality of health reports exchanged, which improves the clinical process and patient care. The use of standards avoids the syntactic and semantic interoperability problems which allows to ensure consistency and rapidity of data exchanged. This binarization use the texture information calculated from the edge image to enhance the binarization results for degraded documents. As pre-prossing stage, the wavelet transform followed by the wiener filter were used. Then, texture information has been extracted from the edge image. After, the extracted information will be combined with the texture features computed from the pre-processed image, to estimate the binarization threshold using Niblack’s method. Experiments are conducted on a set of document image with different types of degradation and DIBCO Datasets, the results were compared with three binarisation methods which are: Sauvola, Niblack and Rani’s methods. Their overall communication must follow a pre-specified set of rules, defined by different protocols, being surrounded by specific standards for more efficient transmission and interoperable communication. In the same direction, the healthcare domain defines several protocols and standardized approaches supporting the Health Information Exchange (HIE) paradigm, in which several challenges occur related with secure data management, explanation, interpretation, interoperability, and communication. The solution to these challenges is efficient, and well-designed HIE systems and protocols which can instantly improve the overall coordination and management of health-related data, information, and extracted knowledge. Current protocols supporting HIE lack of generality, being designed for specific sub-domains, scenarios, challenges, and assumptions, and that is why a more generic HIE approach is needed. This paper considers that the patients should be the ones managing their own healthcare data, having the ability to exchange them whenever or wherever it is needed, through the proposed HIE (Device-to-Device - D2D) Bluetooth-based protocol which can support the efficient exchange of healthcare data, considering cases where no Internet connection is available, fully supporting privacy, security, and interoperability related constraints.
