The workspace is observed by an array of top-view cameras, which are used to localize the robot by means of a color-based marker detection technique. The system is accessible world-wide to the remote operator through any Internet-capable device via a web-based control interface. The web server responsible for coordinating the communication between system and operator is hosted on a cloud-based infrastructure online. The system was realized as a case study for the Agent Relation Charts (ARCs), a new model driven design methodology for multi-agent cloud-based systems conceived at the Le2i laboratory in Le Creusot, France.","PeriodicalId":111865,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124782044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the increasing popularity of blogs, online reviews and social networking sites, the current trend is to look up reviews, expert opinions and discussions on the Web, so that one can make an informed decision. Sentiment analysis, also known as opinion mining is the computational study of opinions, sentiments and emotions expressed in natural language for the purpose of decision making. Sentiment analysis applies natural language processing techniques and computational linguistics to extract information about sentiments expressed by authors and readers about a particular subject, thus helping users in making sense of huge volume of unstructured Web data. Applications like review classification, product review mining and trend prediction benefit from sentiment analysis based techniques. This paper presents a study of different approaches in this field, the state of the art techniques and current research in Sentiment Analysis based approaches for understanding user's context.","PeriodicalId":111865,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129882018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With Multi Agent Systems contributing in a wide spectrum of intelligent systems, the Agents are in a more proactive role than just being responsible for passing messages between their respective base systems. Agent Relation Charts and the Hyperactive Transaction Model in general is one of the recent attempts of developing a multi-view design model for Multi Agent Systems. The model has made a clear distinction in the regular and intelligent activities of an agent. Based on these differences, the agents are classified into three main categories named as Passive, Active and Hyperactive Agents. In this paper we first attempt to clearly explain the basis on which distinctions are made in the activities of an agent, and why such a distinction improves the overall design process for the multi agent systems. We then define and demonstrate the three kinds of agents based on the distinctions made in their activities and thus introducing the concept of Hyperactivity in a multi agent system.","PeriodicalId":111865,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126544119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The mesh network met with the problem of assigning the multiple radios and channels and avoiding the interference. Key problem of channel assignment in the mesh network has been examined and proposed a model based upon the dynamic assigning the channels. The results of the simulation showed improvement in performance of the mesh networks with multiple channels and multiple radios. The modified CLICA algorithm presented the very close to our desired results in multi channel and multi radio assignment with improved throughput and interfere avoidance in a mesh network as compared to already developed algorithms.","PeriodicalId":111865,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121608416","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The dielectric constant e' and dielectric loss e'' are calculated using least square fitting technique. The salinity measurement of seawater samples are done on autosalinometer. Making use of salinity values of all samples and for 5 GHz and 30 - static dielectric constant and dielectric loss are estimated by Klein-Swift model and Ellison et al. model. Using this transform, signals can be moved to the frequency domain where filtering and correlation can be performed with fewer operations. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm reduces the computation time of the Fourier transform by orders of magnitude. This permits the implementation of increasingly sophisticated signal processing algorithms with processing times that allowed interaction with the system. FFT is a fundamental building block used in DSP system. It has been widely applied in the analysis and implementation of digital communication systems, with application ranging from OFDM based digital modems, software defined radio, phase correlation system.","PeriodicalId":111865,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-04-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115246968","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
