Berbagai penelitian seperti tekwan kering namun terdapat kelemahan yaitu waktu penyajian yang cukup lama karena harus dilakukan perendaman terlebih dahulu, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tekwan yang disajikan dalam waktu singkat.  Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pembekuan untuk menghasilkan tekwan kering dengan variasi waktu bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tekwan kering yang disajikan dalam waktu singkat (tekwan instan) . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tekwan instan, terdiri dari tiga taraf tiga ulangan dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan dari waktu Pembekuan (A1=12 jam , A2=24 jam, A3=36 jam). Parameter yang diamati uji fisik warna, tekstur, jumlah pori, lama rehidrasi, uji kimia kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, serta uji organoleptik. Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan waktu pembekuan yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap Warna Lightness,  folding test dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna Chroma, warna Hue, jumlah pori, lama rehidrasi dan Secara sensoris. The aim of this study was to evaluate the growth performance, survival rate and water quality of pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei after dietary administration of combination of calcium, magnesium dan vitamin D3. Shrimp were fed a control diet (without combination of calcium, magnesium dan vitamin D3 supplement) and four levels of combination of calcium, magnesium dan vitamin D3 supplementation i.e 0; 0.25; 0.50; 0.75; 1.00 mL Hyperol Kg-1 of feed. Larvae were reared in tank with a dimension of 40x25x30cm containing 4 L of disinfected seawater at a stocking density of 100 larvae m-2. Srimulya Village is planned to be confirmed as a Fisheries Area in Palembang City. This study aims to analyze the level of technical efficiency, price efficiency and economic efficiency of catfish cultivators, Srimulya Village, Sematang Borang District, Palembang City. This research was conducted in September 2022. Sampling was carried out using proportional random sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Researchers used qualitative methods, namely by analyzing the characteristics of each respondent. Technical efficiency were analyzed using Frontier 4.1 software. The results showed level of technical, allocative and economic efficiency of catfish farming business in Srimulya Village, Sematang Borang District, Palembang is in an inefficient condition. Based on the technical efficiency criteria, if the efficiency value is 0.91 (<1), it means that the allocation of the use of production inputs exceeds the efficiency value so that the use of production inputs must be reduced. Allocative efficiency (price) of 1.87 (>1) means that it is inefficient in terms of price. Nelayan yang menangkap ikan di perairan Raja Ampat biasanya berukuran 10 GT, sedangkan perahu di atas 10 GT biasanya merupakan nelayan dari luar Raja Ampat. Penentuan daerah yang berpotensi ikan dapat dilakukan dengan mengkaji data oseanografi yaitu suhu permukaan laut dan klorofil-a. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian kapal nelayan yang menangkap ikan di daerah penangkapan ikan dan bukan di daerah konservasi di Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis potensi zona penangkapan dilakukan untuk mengetahui lokasi-lokasi yang potensial untuk menangkap ikan berdasarkan suhu permukaan laut dan sebaran klorofil-a yang bersumber dari citra Aqua MODIS. Setelah itu, diidentifikasi keberadaan kapal penangkap ikan. Data kapal berasal dari VIIRS Boat Detection. Rata-rata kandungan klorofil di daerah penelitian adalah 0.63 mg/m3 sementara rata-rata suhu permukaan laut di malam hari adalah 28.83oC. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan data VIIRS sepanjang tahun 2021 terdapat 859 unit kapal dan berlayar atau menangkap ikan di beberapa kalster yakni Misool bagian Utara, Misool bagian Tenggara, Perairan seputaran Kota Sorong, dan Waigeo sebelah Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa unit pembenihan yang memproduksi larva ikan kerapu hibrida seperti ikan kerapu cantang dan ikan kerapu cantik yang terletak di Bali Utara yang terdiri atas unit pembenihan di Desa Gerokgak, Desa Penyabangan, dan Desa Sanggalangit. Parameter yang diamati meliputi kriteria induk, jumlah telur, derajat pembuahan, derajat penetasan, kualitas air, perkembangan larva, dan kinerja produksi. Perkembangan larva dan kinerja produksi diamati hingga umur pemeliharaan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah telur yang dihasilkan oleh ikan kerapu cantang mencapai 4.605.600 butir/induk ikan kerapu macan dengan derajat pembuahan dan derajat penetasan 60 dan 86%, sedangkan ikan kerapu cantik menghasilkan 4.651.200 butir/induk ikan kerapu macan dengan derajat pembuahan dan derajat penetasan 93 dan 55%. Kinerja produksi pada pembenihan ikan kerapu cantang menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup 38,25%, panjang akhir 0,91 cm, dan bobot akhir 0,02 g, sedangkan kinerja produksi pada pembenihan ikan kerapu cantik menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup 56%, panjang akhir 1,86 cm, dan bobot akhir 1,25 g. Nitrate and phosphate levels in waters are influenced by activities on land because the main source of nutrients in waters comes from land. This study aims to determine the spatial distribution of nitrate and phosphate in waters and waters to support coral growth. Nitrate and phosphate tests were carried out in the water quality laboratory of FIKP UNHAS. Data were collected six times at each station, nitrate and phosphate data were collected once every two weeks, and repeated three times for each observation. So at each station there are 18 repetitions. Data obtained from the field in the form of nitrate and phosphate levels as well as oceanographic factors were analyzed by descriptive methods and compared with the results of the literature study. The results showed that the nitrate and phosphate levels in the coral waters of the Bone Regency were not affected by the distance from the mainland.
