One of difficulties is how to construct well-shaped tetrahedral models. Delaunay tetrahedral reconstruction is an effective method in virtual surgery simulations. However, it is difficult to satisfy the quality requirements of the finite element method because of the bad shaped elements existed. This paper describes a method to construct quality 3D tetrahedral model directly from surface mesh, and a new hybrid sliver-element elimination method for Delaunay tetrahedral is proposed in this paper. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm. The methods have been proved to be very effective in supervised machine learning. In this paper, we present an approach to solve ensemble problem of clustering. Beginning with pursuing a \"best\" subspace, we formulate the problem as an optimization of square sum of Euclidean distances between the standard orthogonal basis of the target subspace and the given subspace sets. We then reach the status that the low dimensional embedding of instances and hyper-edges are simultaneously attained. Finally, we use the K-mean algorithm in optimization principle to cluster instances according to their coordinates in the embedding space. This way, we obtain stable clustering results. We apply our ensemble algorithm on several well-recognized datasets. The relation among Internetware, framework, the environment of Internetware composition and the rule of composition in the flexible mechanism of Internetware is described. The flexible composition of Internetware is discussed from these three levels. This paper exploit control and data flow relationship, Internetware data flow and control flow cross mechanism and its description method, faults location and traceability method is proposed. Based on the theory of state detection, online testing and execution mechanism of Internetware is researched. Models have a direct impact on efficiency in model checking. Therefore, research on system modeling has always been one of the hot issues. Knowledge base system today occupies an important position in people's production and life, thus the verification of knowledge base system becomes particularly important. However, transition system built by static modeling has a problem of information loss. We introduce a modeling approach based on fixed point directed towards model checking problems of production knowledge base system, using procedural features of production rules to model production knowledge base system. We also introduce the concept of conditions transition system based on conditions transition, besides, transition target is decided by action decision triggered by conditions, state transition of the system only happens when special conditions met. Fixed point calculation is introduced to build conditions transition system, and transforms build process to the process of solving the greatest fixed point in the constructor of state set. The method combines image characteristics with high-level segmentation model, Due to effectively used heart anatomical structure, the noise and fuzzy boundary have less effect on the segmentation results. It is used to quickly and accurately segment ventricle, atria and coronary artery. After the pre-segmentation of the DSCT images, the ventricular and atrium are fast and accurately segmented through minimize the energy function. The segmentation method can effectively process cardiac medical image of DSCT.
