This study aims to examine the impulse buying behavior of online consumers in e-commerce which is viewed from the perspective of sharia business. The approach os this study is a qualititative method with a type of case study. The method of data collection in this study was to use interview methods, observation and documentation to informants. The unit of analysis of this study were nine consumers who made purchase online through a marketplace consisting of six buyers in Lazada, two buyers in Zalora, and one buyer in BliBli, in addition there was one seller at Lazada. Kepatuhan terhadap kecukupan modal bank menjadi penting sebagai dasar pengelolaan bisnis perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko likuiditas, kredit, pasar dan operasional terhadap rasio kecukupan modal dan rasio usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kecukupan modal. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Loan to Debt Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Aset Produktif Bermasalah (APB), Interest Risk Ratio (IRR), Posisi Devisa Netto (PDN), Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder laporan keuangan publikasi Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Go Public periode 2013 sampai dengan triwulan II, 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah PT Bank Victoria International, Tbk; PT Bank Sinarmas, Tbk; PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk; dan PT bank Mayapada International Tbk. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23, dengan uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO dan FBIR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasio kecukupan modal, namun yang berpengaruh parsial adalah LDR, APB dan IRR. The variables used in this research were perceived quality, brand attitude, brand preference and purchase intention. This research used judgement sampling technique in order to get samples. Structural Equation Modeling AMOS was used for the analysis technique in this research with 130 respondent. The results of this study proves that the perceived quality have a significant influence on brand attitudes but no significant influence on purchase intention. Brand attitudes have a significant influence on brand preference but have no significant influence on purchase intentions. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling on PLS (Partial Least Square). The collection of data by conducting interviews to informants as many as six people, three from the buyers, two of the pelapak, and one from the company at bukalapak. Data obtained processed and analyzed with the use of case studies, as well as tested their validity. Based on the results of the study, review of akad sell buy islamic perspective can use akad sell buy salam and akad murabahah. The akad used in accordance with the groove of sell buy on the site bukalapak, buyers see the goods and the price of goods and of order goods by paying in advance, recently received the goods within the period prescribed. The implementation of khiyar in the sharia perspective in site bukalapak use khiyar syarat and khiyar 'aib. Maslahah islamic perspective in site bukalapak which can be perceived by users i.e., bring benefits as well as resist damage. The secondary data were taken from published financial statements starting from first quarter 2010 until second quarter 2015. They were collected by documentation method and analyzed using linear analysis. The result shows that, partially, LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN, BOPO and FBIR have significant effect on Core CAR (TIER 1). Financial literacy is one of the factors which may affect family financial management behavior. This family financial may differ across ethnic groups due to the different characters and principles of life among them. This study aimed to examine the effect of financial literacy on family financial management using ethnic as a moderating variable. This study uses a questionnaire instrument that is distributed to 140 respondents of Javanese in Madiun residency and 96 respondents of Bugis at Makassar, East Sulawesi. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. This research use purposive sampling and convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The result of this study shows that financial literacy positively affect family financial management behavior, while ethnic does not moderate the effect of financial literacy on family financial management behavior. This research uses qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected from the operational and marketing managers of Blue Bird taxi (1 person), the driver (10 persons), and customer (10 people). To obtain complete information has been done observation, documentation, and interviews with open questions. The results show that Blue Bird's taxi marketing strategy consists of services, prices, distribution, promotion, people, physical evidence and processes that can impact on the company's performance is still not running well in the face of competition of online application-based transportation services. In terms of distribution strategies, people, physical evidence, and processes have been excellent but in product strategy, service, pricing, and promotional strategies are still in a weak condition.
