This study analyzes the factors that drive consumer adoption of fintech by extending the TAM model with financial literacy and government support, as well as gender as moderating variable. Data was collected from 397 respondents in Indonesia and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result shows that perceived usefulness, ease of use, financial literacy, and government support significantly affect the adoption of fintech. The moderation analysis reveals that men perceive usefulness as more important for fintech adoption and ease of use for women.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115147234","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Quadratic-Moderating Analysis","authors":"Sumarlin Sumarlin","doi":"10.24252/minds.v9i2.29187","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24252/minds.v9i2.29187","url":null,"abstract":"Public administration in the developing region is not always straightforward, e.g., in Indonesia. The workers are expected to display a high commitment to the organization; however, a particular role, like internal auditors, is in a constant tug-of-war as to following the top command or performing an independent assessment with solid integrity. This study advances the elusive conversation by portraying this phenomenon in Indonesia's Islamic State University governance. This study records 137 responses from internal auditors and employs a PLS-SEM in the analysis. The finding reveals the most acceptance of the proposed hypotheses unless the quadratic effects of independence and integrity exist. Good university governance understanding decreases the over-commitment to the organization that may derail the auditors' independence. Grounded on 32 interviews from four Indonesian nonprofit organizations, this article develops the individual retention model based on organizational family values generated by management practices. The findings show that corporate family values would lead to personal happiness, resulting in personal retention. Meanwhile, nonprofits could influence personal satisfaction and retention by generating organizational family values through certain management practices. This model has broadened our understanding of the relations between corporate values, unique perspectives, and management practices; while also contributing to HRM practitioners in managing staff and volunteers.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133242967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A survey was conducted, and 230 responses from mobile wallet users were collected through the distribution of online-questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). This study revealed that perceived security directly correlates with satisfaction and attitude but not with users’ continuance intention. However, perceived safety still has a critical role in users’ decision to continue using the mobile wallet since this study found that satisfaction and attitude lead to users’ continuance intention. Moreover, happiness is also the predictor of users’ perspectives.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130917379","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research includes qualitative research using mixed analysis methods. The data consists of primary and secondary data from Afo Tour and Travel North Maluku, Volunteer Tourists, and the host community in 2018, 2019 and 2021. The study found that volunteer tourism provides satisfaction for tourists and host communities. The most dominant factors providing satisfaction are Nature Tourism, Marine tourism and Shark feeding attractions, Knowledge transfer, Outbound and Culinary. Tourist satisfaction has an impact on loyalty to volunteer tourists. Volunteer tourism managers must implement a “two-sided satisfaction model” that emphasizes the satisfaction of tourists and host communities as the key to achieving the sustainability of volunteer tourism.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"206 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122041069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The readiness of human resources in Islamic banking, both in quantity and quality, to support Islamic banking operations in this specific case is not well investigated. This study employs a descriptive-analytical normative legal study, with technical analysis of primary and secondary data qualitatively. The investigation indicates that the application of Islamic law to the operation of Islamic banking has not gone well, contrary to the goal of establishing Islamic banking with a profit-sharing system. The progress of Islamic banking falls short, despite the national growth target.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123955563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
