This study examines the degree of IPO underpricing after the period post-Global Financial Crisis and the outbreak of COVID-19. This research found that the mean of underpricing amounted to 36,77% in 2010-2021. Prestigious underwriters have been proven significantly squeeze the level of underpricing vis-à-vis non-prestigious underwriters. Moreover, the research found that most institutional investors get disproportionately higher shares of the issuing companies. The finding signifies the lucrative capital gain for investors to pursue on the first day of trading.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121187159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study explores people's behaviour in choosing partnership systems (Teseng) by analyzing the theory of planned behaviour. Therefore, this research implies that it is an instrument for measuring local economic practices from the perspective of the theory of planned behaviour. The methodology used was phenomenology with data from the Batukaropa village community, Bulukumba Regency, Indonesia. The results show that attitude toward a behaviour is indicated by a perspective of helping and strengthening kinship. Meanwhile, subjective norms consist of the perception that teseng is part of the social culture of society, and the practice of teseng reflects social status. Perceived behaviour control based on the practice of teseng is more flexible and effective than the procedures for applying venture capital in Islamic banking.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129854306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the other service components could not be neglected especially punctuality and service quality. This study aims to investigate the service components that enhance passenger return intention using of three low-cost airlines operating in Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), Thailand. The quantitative approach was employed by f-test to compare three airlines’ service components. Thereafter, the structural equation modelling was tested for the causal relation of the factors affecting passengers’ choice. The questionnaires were distributed to 1200 passengers who experienced flying with low-cost airlines. The results disclosed that there were differences among airlines namely; reliability, assurance, and the quality of products and services. Whereas, the most significant of passengers’ choices were reliability, assurance, and empathy.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116120722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We introduce an iterative aspect and emerging investigation into multi-method research, which includes a quantitative examination of Indonesian UAs and analyses of entrepreneurial strategic objectives and narratives based on best practice accelerator applications. Our findings demonstrate the scarce allocation of UAs in Indonesia and the lack of alignment with the strategic intent of universities. Additionally, we found no evidence of entrepreneurship education (EE) integration in Indonesia, indicating the successful outcomes mostly present from the self-effort of students' nascent startups rather than educational impacts. Collaborative and engagement aspects of UAs in broader entrepreneurial ecosystems may deliver a better platform for societal upliftment within an Indonesian context.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122096155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study explores the financial robo-advisor based on bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review. The method used three steps: determining the keyword, bibliometric analysis of literature metadata using VOSviewer, then collecting and analysing the articles. The bibliometric analysis results show five cluster keywords defined with different colors. In the network visualization, the robo-advisor connects to other keywords: investment, fintech, and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, the systematic literature review shows that the articles are divided into seven research objectives: (1) Law, Regulation, and Policy; (2) Investment Literate and Education; (3) Offered Services; (4) Present Risk-Portfolio Matching Technology; (5) Optimal Portfolio Methods; (6) Human-Robo Interaction; (7) Theoretical Design and Gap. Furthermore, this study can be used by academicians and practitioners to find out about robo-advisors based on an academic perspective.","PeriodicalId":111308,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Minds: Manajemen Ide dan Inspirasi","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126844238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
