This study departs from the researcher's initial observation that many of the students are passive in Arabic. Some of them are active but the grammar is not good and some students have a lot of vocabulary but they cannot use them in speaking. In addition, many students find it difficult to learn Arabic, especially in memorizing vocabulary and learning grammar as well. The results of this study indicate that 1) Arabic vocabulary used by students is illustrated by; a) The suitability of the given vocabulary. The Arabic teacher of SMA al-Baladul Amin has provided vocabulary to his students by adjusting to the subject being studied and the daily needs of students in communicating among students. The Arabic teacher of MA Ummul Qura has given vocabulary to his students by adjusting to the subject being studied. b) The ability of students to memorize the given vocabulary. High school students al-Baladul Amin did not find it difficult to memorize Arabic vocabulary. Meanwhile, MA Ummul Qura students still find it difficult to memorize Arabic vocabulary. c) Students' ability to practice vocabulary. Al-Baladul Amin high school students are easy to practice Arabic vocabulary. Meanwhile, MA Ummul Qura students still have difficulty in practicing Arabic vocabulary. 2) Arabic grammar used by students is illustrated from; a) Procedures for teaching teachers to students about grammar. The Arabic teacher of SMA al-Baladul Amin teaches his students by giving an explanation first and then immediately putting it into practice. The Arabic teacher of MA Ummul Qura teaches his students by lecturing or explaining the grammar in Arabic and occasionally asking some students. b) Students' ability to understand grammar. Al-Baladul Amin High School students easily understand Arabic grammar. It meets the standards and performance of the quality of the book and addresses the gap between the elements of the language and its skills. Teaching books include an important component in learning, therefore must meet the criteria of teaching books that are worth using in accordance with applicable provisions. And the teaching material in it is also good quality material. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of the Arabic teaching book grade IV issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2021. The methods used are library research and content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis can be known if there are still some errors in terms of content, presentation, language, and radiography. The topic in this research is the analysis of the matterial, either from the advantages or this advantages, the steps in this research are: reading the books related to the material of the research, interview between students who learn the book, and analyse accurately of the research. This research aims to analyze the book \"Al-Arabiya Al-Mufarriha 2\" from the linguistic aspect, teaching objectives, and the element of exercises. The type of this research is qualitative desk research with an analytical and descriptive approach. The researcher designed the design of this research as follows: The researcher began to take the data related to and needed to analyze the book “Al-Arabiya Al-Mufarriha 2”, the researcher determined the desired objectives for analyzing the data, and at the end, the researcher began to explore the crucial aspects of the book “Al-Arabiya Al-Mufarriha 2” of the advantages and disadvantages according to the objectives.
