The effects are investigated of platelets present in diamond type Ia on the channeling radiation by assuming a imple model for these defects, as seen from (100),(110), and (111) planar directions. The results arequalitatively correct and for (110) planar channel, quantitative agreement with the experimental results is also satisfactory. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Die spektrale Verteilung der emittierten elektromagnetischen Strahlung von relativistisch schnellen Positronen und Elektronen, die in Richtung kristallographischer Hauptrichtungen und -ebenen kanalisiert werden, ist gegenuber dem angenommenen interatomaren Potential zwischen dem Projektil und dem Targetkristall sehr empfindlich. Die Einflusse von Plattchen in Diamant vom Typ Ia von der Kanalisierungsstrahlung werden unter der Annahme eines einfachen Modells fur diese Defekte, wie sie von der (100)-, (110)- und (111)-Ebenenrichtung gesehen werden, untersucht. The specular reflection intensities of molecular and dissociated ions and the orientations of the reflected molecules are analyzed. The trajectory focusing is found to affect essentially the molecular scattering near the semichannel direction. The transport coefficients are measured in the temperature range 80 to 400 K on films with thicknesses 20 to 400 nm and the results are interpreted and discussed using the deduced relations. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Die Schichtdicken- und Temperatura bhangigkeit elektrischer und thermischer Transportkoeffi-zienten (z.
