To get the connection of the 2030 Agenda and the environmental education, each SDG was described and mixed with environmental education. Although all the SDG area focused to the sustainability, some of them doesn’t have a role in the environmental education, but it can be adjusted for integrate this in the specific information for support the nature, the economy and the social benefits. As final product, we get the proposal of the interaction of the SDG with the environmental education, as we can know the actual status and problems thar can put in risk to achieve the goals of the Agenda. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2022), 75% of Mexican workers suffer from Burnout syndrome due to fatigue or work-related stress, making Mexico the country with the highest work-related stress levels globally. Business strategies such as salary increases have had no effect, as the causes of these issues are related to factors such as psychological safety, psychological growth, the development of a healthy human relations-based environment, and leadership style. This study is based on the theoretical framework of “new human relations,” which argues that the informal structure is a pathological result of the formal structure. A review of theorists such as Bennis, McGregor, Argyris, and Herzberg, who serve as theoretical foundations to explain current organizational problems, is conducted. His proposals are based on keeping in mind facts intrinsic to the nature and subsistence of the human being and his own work experience in different organizations. These seminal works are recapitulated here, with the aim of contributing to the dimensioning: the reason and the effects of visualizing the organization as a cooperative behavior coordination system and, motivation as a critical element for it the achieve the willingness to contribute. of those who participate in it and with it. From this perspective, the survival and long life of organizations is feasible because it helps them achieve their goals and adapt more easily to changes in the environment. The motivation for cooperative behavior is located at the center and goes beyond system of material incentives.
