Research works in the software engineering domain report on the increasing use and successes of small-scale and relatively simple software projects with Agile Scrum methods. Recently, however, empirical academic research works and industry experience case studies have confirmed the wide use of Agile Scrum in large-scale and mission-critical software projects. Despite the widely adoption of the method by the software industry, there are still challenges and pressing demands to identify scaling factors for Agile Scrum method. This research is envisioned to identify the specific problems that software companies face when trying to implement Agile Scrum method, in particular related to the implementation of large software development projects. Then, it tries to identify critical success factors of large software development projects that are appropriate for scaling up Agile Scrum. In this research, mixed research methods have been employed to address the research questions. Two Large-scale as well as Safety/Mission-Critical Agile Scrum software development companies are selected for case studies. The findings of the research will help agile practitioners and consultants to identify and adopt Agile Scrum scaling practices in their respective organizational context.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129903185","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But now the dosage of renewable energy is very low. The grid-connected generation of renewable energy is very important, but it is not economically efficient and needs policy support. The current power operation management system has not adapted to the development of renewable energy. On this study, the researchers designed a Renewable Energy Information Management System to improve the technical level for the operation and dispatch of renewable energy, and promote the use of renewable energy. This design classifies energy sources. It can support different tax rates from different energy sources and can support government subsidies and environmental protection subsidies. This system also designs priority scheduling to promote the development of renewable energy. It is designed by the framework of Browser/Server and is developed by J2EE. This design of a renewable energy information management system can be used by Power Supply Company. It can guide the company to improve the use of renewable energy.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124270501","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moving vehicles are not just modernized and efficient but unfortunately cause the number of causalities in road accidents. Unidentified crashes and late rescue create more edgy situation, particularly on unpopulated highways. To lessen accidental mortality rate, a permissible low-cost automatic accident detection system is proposed that automatically detects the crash and sends notification through Short Message Service (SMS) to the emergency services and concerned family member with precise location. The proposed system consists of hardware and software modules. The hardware module is based on the Arduino board with vibration sensor and accelerometer is deployed in vehicle whereas the software part is an Android application that is installed on users mobile. The experimental results indicate that the presented system functions well as intended.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126650813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
