The Common clock means that the common crystal oscillator of the GNSS dual receiver sends the same pulse signal simultaneously. The GNSS dual receiver can realize to acquire data synchronously from the different antennas. One benefit of using a common clock reference is that the clock error is the same for all RF signals including carrier phase measurements, and thus it can be removed by forming single differences. It is obvious that the single difference can be optimized and the accuracy of attitude determination can be further improved. So, the common-clock is adopted in more than two GNSS receivers and the carrier phase single difference can get the same technical effects as the double difference. This paper expresses in detail mathematical model method and some experiments, especially for GPS three-antenna short baseline system. The related research work is conducted through the car and UAV platform, such as GPS signal quality, and attitude. It is shown that the performance is more stable in the overall flight situation.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122305361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The average region volume is defined, and the nearest neighbors are accurately set according to the frequency of occurrence of each observed sample value. At the same time, the average regional volume centered on the observation point is set in order to prevent the influence of extreme values. The problem that the original algorithm is incorrectly estimated, time consuming or even impossible to estimate due to the fixed number of neighbors is solved. The algorithm does not need to interfere with the prior knowledge of the target. Based on the experimental results of real SAR image data, the accuracy, robustness and simplicity of the proposed method for background clutter modeling of SAR images are verified.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125918527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Down-sampling matrices are built and a sequential down-sampling (SD) algorithm was proposed. The super-sparse signal can be exactly recovered with fewer measurements after sequential observations and reconstructions. The number of measurements is analyzed when reconstructing the super-sparse signal with the proposed SD algorithm and orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) algorithm, i.e. the SD-OMP algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the proposed SD-OMP requires fewer measurements than OMP when recovering a super-sparse signal.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134637283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such as Image processing, speech recognition, and natural language processing, DNN Algorithms has succeeded in many drawbacks; especially the trained DNN models have made easy to the researchers to produces state-of-art results. However, sharing these trained models are always a challenging task, i.e. security, and protection. We performed extensive experiments to present some analysis of watermark in DNN. We proposed a DNN model for Digital watermarking which investigate the intellectual property of Deep Neural Network, Embedding watermarks, and owner verification. This model can generate the watermarks to deal with possible attacks (fine tuning and train to embed). This approach is tested on the standard dataset. Hence this model is robust to above counter-watermark attacks. Our model accurately and instantly verifies the ownership of all the remotely expanded deep learning models without affecting the model accuracy for standard information data.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"63 Suppl 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128163503","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this method, an improved damper is added across the LCL filter and capacitor current feedback. This combination forms a damping loop which is applied at a reference voltage point. The key features of this configuration are faster dynamic response and high control bandwidth as compared to capacitor current proportionally feedback and conventional Parallel Feed-Forward Compensation (PFC) methods. Moreover, with the proposed method the region of frequency within which the harmonic compensation is effective can be extended beyond the gain crossover frequency. The stability effect of current control loop has been evaluated by employing the proposed method under the filter parametric variations. Furthermore, this paper illustrates the stability, dynamic, and transient responses through Simulation to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":110712,"journal":{"name":"2019 4th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129296292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
