It is characterized by a monoclonal malignant proliferation of plasma cells accompanied by an increase in M-protein. Plasmablastic myeloma represents 5-15% of the cases of multiple myeloma. This morphology of a MM is an independent predictor of poor survival. Plasmablastic myeloma tends to have worse outcomes than other plasma cell dyscrasias. The median survival of these patients is around 1.9 years. Much of our knowledge on plasmablastic variant of MM is dependent on case reports and case series. Hence, an early identification of this aggressive variant of multiple myeloma and its differentiation from hematological malignancy like plasmablastic lymphoma is necessary for optimal patient management.","PeriodicalId":109633,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Diagnosis & Case Reports","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125267218","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Earth magnetic fields (EMF) measurements have started in cancer diseased patients' rooms. The measured high magnetic fields intensities found much higher than EMF, are named anomalous magnetic fields (AMF). Work Aim: Prove that AMF enabled body viscous magnetization (BVM) formation. Explain that BVM in breast creates breast cancer. Prove that locating breast cancer patients away from AMF to natural EMF leads to recovery. Explain that today's medical science risk factors are misinterpreted. Show that mammography and scintigraphy are evidence that AMF created breast cancer. Work Method: AMF measurements were performed with a protonic magnetometer. Three patients groups were included in AMF measurements. Physiology and etiopathological literature were studied. Results: AMF measurements in breast cancer patients' beds if found BVM was formed, enabling paraoncogen into oncogene mutation, and then clonal breast cancer developed. Thousands examples were measured and there were no breast cancer disease created in natural EMF. Based on a 6 patients group with metastases, it can be said that time limits for starting the disease treatment are not taken into account, but everything should be treated, including palliative patients, but in natural EMF. Conclusion: It was found that environmental AMF created BVM producing breast cancer. It is proven that locating patients away from AMF to a natural EMF leads to recovery. It is proven that the official risk factors are AMF consequences and not breast cancer causes. In advanced diseases with metastases where surgery cannot remove everything, it is necessary to introduce hyperthermia - only in natural EMF.","PeriodicalId":109633,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Diagnosis & Case Reports","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125897456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Initially scripted by Evans in 1995, the neoplasm is additionally nomenclated as “collagenous fibroma” [1]. The predominantly fibroblastic neoplasm is minimally cellular and is composed of reactive fibroblasts intermixed with abundant collagen fibres. The neoplasm originating from connective tissue is instilled with a potential for localized aggressiveness although distant metastasis is undocumented.","PeriodicalId":109633,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Diagnosis & Case Reports","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123272302","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was carried out between March and September, 2019 to determine species composition of Sand fly and occurrence of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State. Light and paper oil trap were used to trap 204 Sandflies from 3 villages and identified with standard entomological technique based on morphological characteristics. Assessment of the skin for cutaneous leishmaniasis manifestation was carried out on available respondents above 15 years. Blood samples were collected from 42 head of households and emptied into EDTA containers. Laboratory analysis of blood samples was carried out using standard method of staining and microscopy. Result was represented in percentages and subjected to chi-square analysis. The result revealed two sand-fly genera; Phlebotomus (135) and Lutzomyia (69) with abundant rates of 66.17% and 33.82% respectively. The different species were present in the villages sampled and female flies accounted for 45.59% of the collection. There was no typical CL skin manifestation observed among villagers, however, laboratory analysis of the household respondents showed 3(7.14) persons had amastigote form of leis hymenia in their blood. The study reveals occurrence of cutaneous leishmaniasis and its possible vectors in the study area. It represents 0.2-2.7% of all pancreatic cancers. Predominantly occurs in young females in the second to third decades of life. The etiology of SPN involves mutations in the gene that encodes beta-catenin. SPNs are typically indolent tumors, usually confined to the pancreas. We report a case of SPN in a 9-year-old female presented with intermittent abdominal pain for four months. Imaging studies demonstrated a 2.8 cm mass in the tail of the pancreas. The patient underwent a distal pancreatectomy. Pathological evaluation was diagnostic for SPN in the tail of the pancreas. Our case is distinct because of the young age of the patient, peripancreatic soft tissue, perineural, and lymphovascular invasion. The tumor cells exhibited cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity for beta-catenin and progesterone receptors.","PeriodicalId":109633,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Diagnosis & Case Reports","volume":"210 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124725922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
