A dependable operation, great performance of the control algorithm, cheap, and a quick development cycle is required for the development of the BLDC Motorcontrol system. This work proposes speed control of BLDC motors used in electrical vehicles. A digital controller improves the driving system’s adaptability. The process for designing and building the hardware for an ATmega64Ml-based BLDC motor control system is presented. The suggested control system which can also be used in education is comprised of the controller presented in this work. There are two distinct categories of control systems outlined. The first phase is the control phase, which describes the controlling strategy. Secondly, the Power stage determines the MOSFET driver circuit.","PeriodicalId":109624,"journal":{"name":"2023 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129499643","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, clinical and genomic data in breast cancer datasets are analyzed to identify the incidence and impact of the disease. This paper proposes an analysis on the clinical breast cancer datasets, METABRIC and SEER for the prediction of survivability of breast cancer patients through ensemble classifiers. It attempts to identify informative independent features for those classifiers using filter methods, Mutual Information and Chi-Square and wrapper methods, Sequential Forward Selection, Sequential Backward Selection and Recursive Feature Elimination in the feature selection sequence. An analysis on the performance of ensemble techniques namely, bagging, boosting and stacking shows that the ensemble techniques produce higher accuracy when compared to the accuracies produced by the base classifiers. Also, the stacking ensemble model produces higher accuracies of 99.2% and 99.8% than other ensemble techniques on METABRIC and SEER datasets respectively. The SBS wrapper method aids higher accuracy to all classifiers than SFS and RFE.","PeriodicalId":109624,"journal":{"name":"2023 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128302952","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The EVs are significantly different from conventional vehicles in terms of a control units such as the use of an electric drive system (EDS) instead of the internal combustion engine (ICE) and other aspects that affect the vehicle’s performance. One such unique feature of EVs is the use of power line communication (PLC), where main lines from the battery to other devices is used to exchange information. The high switching characteristics of the EDS as well as the implementation of PLC, have a drawback of generating ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI). The Common-Mode (CM) and Differential-Mode (DM) currents of the EDS and PLC contribute to the EMI, and separate analysis of both CM and DM is essential, in spite of the Mixed-Mode (MM) analysis, to get the accurate picture of emission levels and for improving the design and performance. Hence, this work aims to model the EM emission of EDS and PLC in the EV using suitable simulation software. For the implementation of the same MATLAB-SIMULINK tool is used. In this work, both CM and DM conducted emission spectrum and general MM spectrum were analyzed. The current through EV systems are the main source of EM emission at high frequency and analyzed results indicate the same. The future scope of this work involves, applying suppression techniques to suffice the Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC).","PeriodicalId":109624,"journal":{"name":"2023 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134188674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The same is true for students as well as younger children who cannot go outside to occupy themselves. Prolonged exposure leaves them susceptible to Computer Vision Syndrome or Digital Eye Strain also termed as Digital Asthenopia. The proposed system recognizes the need to combat digital eye strain and diagnose it using a Vision Based approach by receiving footage of an individual while they are occupied with the use of an electronic device facing a screen and notify them. This is done by the detection of the parameters of blinking rate, redness of the eyes and dryness of the eyes. The classification model that is developed analyzes footage of the human eye and identifies whether or not the individual is suffering from digital eye strain. It is done through a YOLO based Object Detection model where the model was trained over a self-built dataset of stills of the human eye with samples marked as healthy or red eyes and healthy or dry eyes. The calculation of blinking rate and ascertainment of whether it is above a typical rate or not is done by the calculation of Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) using a dlib model to identify facial landmarks. The dataset collected is initially preprocessed by annotation following which augmentation of the images was done with horizontal and vertical splits as well as 90-degree rotations. The results obtained were the successful identification of blinking rate as well as the accuracy and success of the object detection models that were developed represented by a Mean Average Precision (MAP) of 0.85 and 0.75 for redness and dryness respectively.","PeriodicalId":109624,"journal":{"name":"2023 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSPC)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133108008","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
