After a detailed analysis of the causes as well as the psychological state of the patients and their families, this study summarized the previous experience and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper argues that empathy, respect and understanding are the core principles when serving low-income group, providing reference for medical social workers when they encounter similar situations.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130275329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its prevalence and its adverse effects on mothers, fetuses and newborns have attracted more and more attention from scholars worldwide. In addition to psychosocial factors, nutritional factors that may affect neurotransmitters and undergo significantly major changes during the perinatal period also impact the occurrence and development of perinatal depression. The purpose of this review was to summarize the types of nutrients associated with perinatal depression and to study their associations by collecting evidence from the literature published from 2009 to 2019. PubMed database was used to search literature. Finally, of 2276 studies searched, eleven studies were on vitamin D and perinatal depression. Ten of them reported an inversely significant correlation between vitamin D and perinatal depression. In conclusion, according to the data collected, a lower vitamin D concentration during pregnancy indicated a higher probability of depression during the perinatal period. Further evidence from longitudinal clinical trials is still needed to explore and support the relationship between vitamin D and perinatal depression and guide clinical nutritional intervention to prevent and reduce perinatal depressive symptoms.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121644864","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using data from the National Health and Family Planning Dynamic Monitoring Survey of Floating Population, we analyze the personal, familial and social factors that affect health care seeking behaviors made by the elderly migrantfollowing child. Our results show that main sources of income, gender, geographical range of mobility, types of household registration, education level of offspring, types of medical insurance and differences in place of settlement significantly affect health care decision making in the elderly migrantfollowing child. Among them, the influence of education level, geographical range of mobility and types of medical insurance is particularly obvious. This reflects the importance of policies such as public health education, medical insurance coverage and financial support for medical care outside one’s region of household registration in ensuring basic healthcare for the elderly migrantfollowing child, a vulnerable group in society. We recommend reform of the current medical system to improve healthcare services for the unique group of elderly migrantfollowing child by increasing their medical insurance coverage, speeding up the implementation of an intercity medical payment system, improving education programs for health promotion, and utilizing big data and other technological means to build a modern healthcare system.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125649506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We investigate the feasibility of predicting epileptic disease by using measurements of detection systems based on CNN during the outbreak of epileptic disease. In this work, we present a detector which achieves the balance of the accuracy and speed. We perform the pre-training model on the COCO dataset, reducing computation cost and memory usage. Then, we effectively optimize SSD-Inception V2 model by adjusting the weights based on the VOC2012 dataset. The fine-tuned CNN model increases the predictive accuracy and accelerates the convergence speed of training. Our experiments show that the fine-turned method outperforms approaches based on other learned methods on the effectiveness for epileptic disease detection tasks. The results of these studies indicate that fine-tuned CNN model could be a powerful tool on the current search for epileptic disease and other brain-based disorders prediction.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121520095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the non-vertical integration of medical and health resources, whether the primary consultation is required to be compulsory or not, the interaction mode between community health institutions and hospitals is divided into two types. One is Community first diagnosis model, which requires mandatory first consultation at the grassroots level. The other is a \"guidance and protocol referral\" model, which can select the community or general hospital as the first consultation institution. In the two interactive pattern, 711 residents from the cities of Dongguan and Foshan, which have the same economic and social background were surveyed. 468 residents chose the first consultation at the grassroots level when they fell ill in the past year. Research shows that \"community first diagnosis\" model precedes guidance and protocol referral model in the aspect of relative policy awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment. Age, distance from residence to the community medical institutions, policy awareness of graded diagnosis and treatment are statistically significant for the first consultation at the grassroots level. Whether there are familiar and trusted doctors at the grassroots level is the factor that affects the first consultation under the community first diagnosis model, while the influencing factor under the \"guidance and protocol referral\" model is the self-evaluated health status. On the one hand, we should divert experienced and excellent doctors to the grassroots level, which can improve the capacity of primary health services. On the other hand, we should strengthen propaganda of relevant supporting policies on primary diagnosis at the grassroots level and promote preliminary understanding of frequently and encountered disease. Finally, the interactive pattern between different levels of medical institutions can be determined according to the public opinions, which can not only cultivate correct medical habits and form a benign medical order, but also improve policy satisfaction.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133577319","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In traditional Chinese medicine, Chuanxiong Rhizoma(CR) has a good effect and is used most frequently in treaing IS. This study aimed to investigate the active ingredients and mechanism of CRagainst IS through network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. Firstly, TCMSP database was used to obtain main chemical active components of Chuanxiong Rhizome, and the targets of chemical active components were retrieved from the SwissTargetPrediction database. The targets of IS were searched from Genecards and PALM-IST, and then the protein-protein interaction network of the targets was constructed by String 11.0. Gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis of targets were based on Metascape. The molecular docking verification was carried out by SwissDock. A total of 6 chemical active components were screened from Chuanxiong Rhizoma. GO enrichment analysis showed that the biological processes act on 67 IS targets. The key targets were PTGS2, SRC, MAPK8, MMP9 and PPARG, mainly involved in circulatory system process, regulation of inflammatory response, positive regulation of cell death and metal ion homeostasis. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that CR played a therapeutic role in IS by regulating EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, arachidonic acid metabolism, platelet activation and HIF-1 signaling pathway. The molecular docking results showed that the active components had the strong binding effect with core targets. GEO dataset analysis showed that CR’s therapeutic effects might be exerted via the core targets such as PTGS2, MMP9 and STAT3. This study reveals CR against IS may be related to its multiple targets, multiple biological functions and multiple signaling pathways, provides theoretical basis for further experimental and clinical research.","PeriodicalId":108827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Public Health and Data Science (ICPHDS)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122377024","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
