A re-classification of the rhyming words, however, is necessary to keep the classic poetry up to date in the new settings of modern Chinese language. In order to maintain the continuation of the poetry forms, computing technology can be used to help the readers as well as poetry writers to check the compliance of poems in accordance to the forms and composite poems without the effort to learn the old grouping of rhyming words. This work will help revive Chinese classic poetry in modern society and promote its writability.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"137 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122970629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This methodology defines a component model for describing modular and reusable software to cope with the increasing complexity of embedded systems. It proposes an aspect-oriented approach to address explicitly the extra-functional concerns of RTECS and describe separately transversal real time and security constraints. A computer-aided design tool, called MoDEST, implements this methodology. It enables the RTECS design and automatic real-time code generation. The benefits of this methodology are shown via an example of Legway control software, a version of the Segway vehicle built with Lego Mindstorms NXT.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122015865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So fault handling mechanism of composite service turns into an important challenge. However, most of current solutions only concentrate on service-level fault handling which mainly deal with service invoking failures. As process becomes more and more complex and business requirements demand to modify the running process to handle fault, we need to provide a more flexible and effective fault handling mechanism for composite service. So we propose a strategy-based two-level fault handling mechanism for composite service providing user-defined fault handling strategy. Besides the traditional fault handling such as service redundancy, we use composite service evolution for reference, present a process-level fault handling mechanism, so we can solve fault with dynamically evolution of process. Then based on this mechanism, we achieve a BPMN-based composite service execution engine SCENE BPMNEngine which sustain above-mentioned fault handling mechanism. Then we test and verify the effectiveness of this mechanism using specific cases.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129253089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Work breakdown structure (WBS) instances are represented by a tree graph, and then we propose a similarity metric between a pair of WBS trees. The results of the pairwise comparisons are used as a distance metric for the following k-medoids clustering algorithm that groups the project WBSs into project families. Each classified cluster represents a project family, and it is expressed by a GWBS. Since the GWBS comes from large amount of historical WBS data, its adaptability and configuration ability are improved effectively, and all of these provide a strong guarantee for enterprises to respond quickly to customer needs.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128324497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to reduce the image blur caused by the degradation, the remote sensing images were restored to give prominence to the characteristic objects in the images. First, the frequency-domain notch filter was adopted to remove strip noises in the images. Then using the ground characters with the knife-edge shape in the images, the point spread function of the imaging system was estimated. In order to improve the accuracy, the estimated point spread function was corrected with Gaussian fitting method. Finally, the images were restored using the adaptive Wiener filtering with the fitted point spread function. Experimental results of the real remote sensing images showed that almost all strip noises in the images were eliminated. After the denoised images were restored, its variance and its gray mean gradient increased, also its laplacian gradient increased. Restoration with Gaussian fitted point spread function is beneficial to interpreting and analyzing the remote sensing images. After restoration, the blur phenomenon of the images is reduced. The characters are highlighted, and the visual effect of the images is clearer.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124535128","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The technique is therefore very attractive for next generation of wireless communication. It has been shown that when interleaver and error-control code are fixed, symbol mapping which defined by the signal constellation and the bit labeling has a critical influence on the error performance of BICM-ID. An improved mapping which combines two QPSK with different radius can achieve excellent performance under high SNR but has adverse property at low SNR. This paper presents an adaptive symbol mapping scheme which respectively employs Gray and the improved mapping at different SNR regions to improve the performance at low SNR. Simulation results confirm that the adaptive mapping scheme can not only gets excellent performance at high SNR, but also outperforms the performance under low SNR of the improved mapping and be similar with Gray.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131238343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The traditional scheduler over flash memory storage systems, namely NOOP, makes no distinction between read and write requests. There is much room for improving the I/O performance, especially over multi-bank flash memory storage systems. In this paper, a novel scheduler, namely Multi-Bank Flash Memory scheduler (MBF scheduler), is proposed to take advantage of the parallelism of multiple banks. MBF scheduler reorders read and write requests and assigns higher priority to read requests. The experimental results show that I/O throughput and average response time are improved significantly compared with NOOP, and MBF provides rather even erase counts and capacity utilizations among different banks.","PeriodicalId":108533,"journal":{"name":"2011 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115959945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we study the effects of MAC protocols on the performance of wireless network coding. To model the MAC protocols, we introduce the dummy topology graph (DTG) of a wireless network that can properly describe the broadcast property of wireless channels. Based on the DTG, we derive theoretical formulations for computing the end-to-end delay of flows using the theory of network calculus.
