The traditional PID control scheme has been unable to meet its process requirements. As a kind of model predictive control, Generalized Predictive Control adopts prediction model, feedback correction and rolling optimization, etc, which has the characteristics of strong robustness and low model requirements, and can effectively overcome its shortcomings. In this paper, the mathematical model of air source heat pump is established, and the Generalized Predictive Control strategy is proposed. The Generalized Predictive Controller, PID controller and Fuzzy controller are designed on the MTALAB simulation platform. By comparing the experimental results, we can see that Generalized Predictive Control has better robustness, tracking performance and overall performance.","PeriodicalId":107254,"journal":{"name":"2021 36th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125785689","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fluctuation range of the three rate value of raw meal has a great influence on the quality of cement clinker. How to identify the outliers of the three rate value has become a key research issue. In this paper, the outlier detection method of three rate value based on One Class SVM (OCSVM) was studied. Firstly, the importance of abnormal value detection of three rate value was introduced. Then, the principle of outlier detection based on OCSVM was described. On this basis, the outlier detection model of three rate value based on OCSVM was introduced. Finally, the proposed method was tested in a cement plant. The test results showed that OCSVM can detect the outliers of the three rate values. This paper provides a method to detect the outliers of the three rate values.","PeriodicalId":107254,"journal":{"name":"2021 36th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134055010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The unconsumed hydrogen coming from the stack usually contains a lot of nitrogen, and the effect of nitrogen mole fraction on the recirculation performance of the ejector needs to be studied. In this study, a two-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics model is developed to study the influence of nitrogen mole fraction in the secondary flow on the ejector’s performance. The results show that the recirculation performance of the ejector is sensitive to nitrogen mole fraction in the secondary flow, which is because of the influence of nitrogen on the fluid mixing inside the ejector. The recirculation ratio and nitrogen mole fraction show a linear positive correlation, while the hydrogen recirculation ratio shows a linear negative correlation. The minimum values of recirculation ratio and hydrogen recirculation ratio are 238 and 0.4 indicating that the recirculation performance of the ejector is acceptable.","PeriodicalId":107254,"journal":{"name":"2021 36th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128931731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes an estimation method that combines extended Kalman filtering (EKF) and least squares method to identify the parameters of PMSM under the influence of magnetic saturation. This paper improves the PMSM model by establishing an inductance model considering magnetic saturation at first. Thereafter, EKF and least squares based method is proposed to estimate the magnetic flux and variation of inductances. The proposed method can accurately identify the machine parameters especially under the condition of magnetic saturation situation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation on the improved PMSM model.","PeriodicalId":107254,"journal":{"name":"2021 36th Youth Academic Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Automation (YAC)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131438597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
