The system adopts a non-contact measurement method, which can realize the real-time measurement and monitoring of the rotor state. Method: First, the overall design of the rotor motion state test scheme is given, and the working principle and flow chart are provided. Then combined with the actual measurement environment, it presents the concrete method of camera calibration and data processing. Result: The measurement accuracy under this type of selection and layout is evaluated. After satisfying the design accuracy, the test environment is set up in the laboratory, and the measurement accuracy is assessed through the actual test. Experimental results indicate that the measurement accuracy of the system is better than 1cm for the rotor of 8m, when the measurement baseline is 350mm, and the image recognition is better than 0.5 pixels.
