Moreover, the design problem of the controlled electromechanical simulator of the measuring wheel braking modes for the towed measuring vehicle is considered and adequate model implementation for the increasing the efficiency of the measuring system that consider the resilient behavior of the pneumatic tire and gearing system of the towed vehicle, and non-linear Coulomb friction with Stribeck effect. Effectiveness increasing of the braking modes simulation is provided using the neuro fuzzy control system. We study multichannel filter banks and their implementations for wideband monitoring tasks. The key point of the paper is a multichannel modification of the single-channel WOLA-algorithm, which can be considered as a generalization of a one-dimensional WOLA-algorithm for processing vector (multichannel) signals. The suggested algorithm is based on efficient calculation of vector discrete Fourier transform. We also discuss order reduction of a low-frequency prototype-filter on the basis of its magnitude response symmetrization. The efficiency of this approach for a particular prototype filter is demonstrated. The method is based on the combination of wavelet transform with radial basis neural networks. The method includes decomposing of recorded geomagnetic field variations on different scale components, estimating their disturbance degree and forming conclusion about the state of the field. For approbation of the method, we used geomagnetic data from the \"Paratunka\" station (Paratunka, Kamchatka region, data registration is carried out by IKIR FEB RAS). The analysis of the spectral-temporal characteristics of geomagnetic field variations during periods of moderate and strong magnetic storms was performed. Weak perturbations were detected in the geomagnetic field before the storms.
