Moreover, the design problem of the controlled electromechanical simulator of the measuring wheel braking modes for the towed measuring vehicle is considered and adequate model implementation for the increasing the efficiency of the measuring system that consider the resilient behavior of the pneumatic tire and gearing system of the towed vehicle, and non-linear Coulomb friction with Stribeck effect. Effectiveness increasing of the braking modes simulation is provided using the neuro fuzzy control system. While doing the research work the algebraic-topological apparatus for identifying fractal-time structure of the observed signal based on physical phenomenology and p-adic metrics was used. The main result of the work is a new cognitive strategy of multidimensional methodological thinking, based on the following principles: modeling, diversification, complementarity, virtualization, tolerance, duality. Expedient from the point of view of realization These algorithms don't change parameters and structures of regulators of systems, and will be connected directly to an entrance of regular regulators that is important at their realization. Besides, such algorithms remain rough (tolerant) to influences of external indignations which are difficult for measuring or considering in model of technical object.
