This research method uses Research and Development (R & D) methods. The research and development model used is the tressmer model with the stages of research: the preliminary stage (preparation and design), the formative evalution stage (self evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, and field test). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques use percentages. The results of this study include: (1) Development of Swishmax-based Natural Sciences learning media in Palembang IVG MIN 2 Class can be categorized as valid. This is indicated by the acquisition of media expert validation scores of 84.5, language experts 82, and material experts 90; (2) The practicality level of the application of the development of Swishmax-based Natural Sciences learning media in Palembang IVG MIN 2 Class is very practical. This can be seen from the acquisition of the average questionnaire score of 100 in the field test stage; (3) The effectiveness of the development of Swishmax-based Natural Sciences learning media in Palembang IVG MIN 2 Class is very effective. There needs to be learning alternatives that are appropriate for the child's age and bring Arabic closer. Arabic is a close foreign language for students of Muslim faith; because they used to recite daily Arabic prayers. So that Arabic can be said to be far written in Indonesian but close verbally in the everyday religious life of students.This study describes vocabulary learning by singing in the process of learning Arabic for children. The research subjects of class 1 MIN 1 Malang city in the academic year 2018/2019, using a type of qualitative research with the method of collecting observation and interview data. The results of this study indicate that singing in vocabulary / mufrodat teaching can increase students' motivation and learning attractiveness towards Arabic so that students can be happy to add new Mufrodat next to be helped to write because they feel close to the word taught by singing. It is influenced by the lack of awareness in reading importance of reading and external support such as the direction and guidance of parents and teachers, the availability of reading material, and the attractiveness of available books. For this reason, there is something that it takes for habituation and exemplary efforts that are made both from the awareness of oneself, family, teachers and the surrounding environment so that children are accustomed to reading books and make children to enjoy reading books which in turn can increase language skills in children. Habitual and exemplary methods are effective ways to instill the character of reading fondness. The more someone likes to read, the more knowledge is gained. To inculcate the reading fondness character values, it takes habituation and example to realize the culture of fond reading. The fond reading character is a form of language skills development. Teachers must have competence in carrying out their duties as an educator and as part of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the views of Mahmud Yunus about the competence of teachers in the book at-Tarbiyah wa at-Ta'lim, and the relationship between the views of Mahmud Yunus in the book at-Tarbiyah wa at-Ta'lim with teacher competence according to Law no. 14 of 2005. This type of research is library research, using a philosophical-historical approach. The philosophical approach is used to discuss the concept of Mahmud Yunus's thought, while historically it aims to study and explain the biography, work and life side of the teacher's competence according to Law No. 14 of 2005 there were four, covering pedagogical competencies, personality competencies, social competencies, and professional competencies. Teacher competence according to Mahmud Yunus can be seen in four aspects, including: pedagogical aspects, personality aspects, professional aspects, social aspects. Gathering normal students with inclusive students in the madrasah has many positive effects, such as arising from feeling nurturing, loving, and respecting between normal students and students with special needs. There is no treatment to choose a teacher's love for students' physical and mental differences, all must be equal and fair. Therefore, in order to streamline learning, a webbed learning approach is needed in the design of learning in heterogeneous classes. This research uses qualitative with case study. This is qualitative descriptive research and type of case study that aims to determine students' perceptions in using ‘Al-Mutho” videos. The results showed that students felt happier and eager to learn vocabulary (mufrodat) by using the video \"Al-Mutho.\" Also, students are also able to remember ten new vocabulary words that are taught in one time face to face. This can be seen from the ability of students to answer the questions given quickly and precisely. The method used in this study is research and development (R & D) using a four-dimensional model (4-D) including the definition, design, development and dissemination stages. Data collection methods using interviews, observations, expert validation questionnaires and respondents' questionnaires, as well as tests of learning outcomes. Data analysis in this study uses percentage analysis. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The design or design of the media includes the cover page, media, program, material (text, videos, exercises) and tests. (2) The level of practical application very practical average with a total average score of 87.5 on the response of teachers and learners answers obtained Total score 154 with a total average of 90.58 classified as very practical. (3) Effective use of the media is very effective in achieving student learning outcomes. The results of votes accumulated three cognitive, emotional and psychomotor aspects obtained the number of 1423 and an average of 83.70 with both categories. Madrasah as part of the national education system must be able to provide solutions to these problems. The development of non-violent culture education is expected to be able to provide solutions, so that produces some graduates who have self-control, noble character and have a sense of togetherness as one nation and country. This research aimed to determine prevention and control efforts and also the sanctions against perpetrators of violence in realizing a non-violence culture at MIN 1 and MIN 6 Jember. This type of research was qualitative research with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Furthemore, the methods used to collect data were  documentation, interviews, and observation.
